I HOPE YOU’RE ENJOYING MY MONEY. I BOUGHT 80 POUNDS 100 ML OF “VALENTINO UOMO BORN IN ROME INTENSE” AND IT’S ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. IT’S SMELLS LIKE 10 POUNDS FRAGRANCE FROM GAS STATION. I HOPE MY SACRIFICE WILL PROTECT YOU FROM BUYING ANY PARFUME FROM THIS SHOP!

Don't waste your money. This is a scam site. I ordered $178.00 on perfume for Christmas gifts and received NOTHING. You will never be able to contact them or speak to a representative.

don't pay with card, don't trust buy and second purchase -25%, don't give any adresses ,name nothing! Steeling money from Your account. Today -15pounds from my bank account-like renew membership! Didn't subscribe, nothing. Year ago bought from them and gave seller email, my adress and name, just buy one and get discount ... Amazing! Colecting money Easter Sunday, +bank holiday.Scamers and perfume is realy fake! Never wasn't problems with Boots or other shops because NOBODY DIDN'T STEEL MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT! Scammers !!!

I bought a bottle of Roberto Cavalli Paradiso 75ml for £23.79 on the 25th February. When the parcel arrived the box was empty, only a small sample perfume in there. I I instantly took photos and messaged them via WhatsApp. I went through the procedures they ask me to, to be told 4 days later that the warehouse said that they definitely packed it in the box and that there was nothing they could do. Basically calling me a liar. Hence to say I won't be buying from them again 😡😡🤬

Im sick and my boyfriend bought me 2 gift cards worth £200, I get attacks for which I’m hospitalised and so the perfumes scent really help me. Anyhow I purchased 5 perfumes and one of the most expensive ones Si was missing but the box weight etc was all correct just one item missing. So called headoffice filled in a form and sent over then received an email to say they have concluded investigations and that everything was in the box when packed!! I was shocked so called headoffice again and they said oh it was out of stock but don't worry we’ll rectify it by sending you another gift card and 20% off for the ordeal. So went back on my app ordered Si again which came with a free sample. Once again I received the box but without the Si just the sample again! I was furious with all the stress/hassel and time this is causing me. So I called headoffice again and they said oh its coming in a different package don't worry. She then gave me the tracking number and I was gobsmacked as if I hadn't have called non of this information is on my app, it says the order is completed and has just one tracking number, So how would I have known! Besides it seems odd that the weight on the box is more than the samples inside specially if its arriving in a different package and its also odd to me that they would send a large box with 4 perfumes and a free bag but then they would send one perfume and 2 small samples separately. And to top it all up because Im upset and cant take it with them and their dishonest approach towards me, the headoffice hanged up on me because I was so upset. These guys have no clue of what customer service means let alone providing some kind of standard. Its disgusting and disgraceful to treat your customers this way specially the loyal ones who have your app to prove it. You have made this whole entire experience dreadful for me and have bought about an onset of attacks. Something that was meant to benefit me in a positive way has done the complete opposite. Be careful everyone, always take a video of the box when opening as evidence which I have done in this case. Otherwise prepare to be disappointed to say the least. Terrible service and I will ensure everyone on social media is also warned of this companies appalling service standards and making customers worse off than they first were. Remember had I have not called for the initial missing item, it was not sent separately so I would have lost that money to a multimillion pound turnover company. That is totally unfair and I’m not sure if they are perhaps even discriminating against me at head office due to my foreign name or whatever reason they have.I will never shop here online again as long as I live.

Ordered 5 January, told 12 January that it would be received by them in the next few days, then they would post to me with a notification. Now 16 February I’ve still not heard anything. I emailed them yesterday, still nothing, finally contacted PayPal for a refund. It appears to me, they are happy advertising at a lower price to collect money, but in my experience not deliver the goods

I paid for next day delivery only for it not to arrive the next day so i contacted them via WhatsApp asking why i paid for next day delivery if i wasn't going to get it the fay day, they asked for my order number ect so i sent it straight away only to be ignored, bad customer service, and next day delivery comes 3 days later so don't be fooled

I think there are 2 The Perfume Shops online. A very good fake and the real one. I unfortunately ordered from the fake one, which it appears a lot of these reviewers have also done. My order has not arrived and the only way to contact the company is by email and the email address is not The Perfume Shop. The online tracker shows the perfume coming from China and the tracking info is in Chinese. I have emailed twice and no response. The logo of the company is the same and it even shows stores but you cannot log onto your account and when I checked my bank the payment was made to The Leggjngs Store. Please make sure you are using the genuine company before buying

** WARNING TO PERSONS BUYING FROM THE PERFUME SHOP ** AT THE TIME OF ORDERING YOU GET THE OPTION TO REQUEST A FREE ITEM, ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED AND PAID FOR, THE NEXT DAY THE PERFUME SHOP SEND A MESSAGE TO SAY THE FREE ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK AND THAT THEY HAVE DESPATCHED ONLY THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED AND PAID FOR! THIS IS CRAFTY SELLING. I HAVE CONTACTED THE PERFUME SHOP, THEIR CEO DOES NOT RESPOND, YOU JUST GET AN EXCUSE FROM A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT I AM THINKING ABOUT CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS. I HAVE CONTACTED BBC WATCHDOG ROGUE SELLERS NEED EXPOSING Placed an order yesterday for a perfume on The Perfume Shop website. Today I received an email stating that the free lipstick was out of stock that I was entitled to. The whole reason I made my purchase from The Perfume Shop was because of the free gift. WHY THE PERFUME SHOP DID NOT SEND ANOTHER FREE ITEM IN IT'S PLACE I DON'T KNOW VERY UNFAIR WAY OF SELLING AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have sent an email to The Perfume Shop CEO for their thoughts on the matter. Reply to Megan the option should not be changed after the event of a Customer ordering, it could have changed their mind ordering. I WOULD NOT HAVE ORDERED IF I KNEW I WOULD NOT HAVE GOT THE FREE GIFT IT IS FALSE SELLING

Same as other reviews l payed online mo ey taken out account .perfume was delivered in to my general waist bin as we have a assisted bin collection weekly it was emptied before l could retrieve itum informed them I Of this was told to fill in a form re what happend ect did this 3 times been in to shop they gave me coustmer service number that was a dead line 7 months in and l give up but not happy as my order cost £75 for a 75ml bottal of samsara. I don't recommend u order online . Go instor do ur busines there at least u get ur ltum . The staff told me to re do form online take a pick n email it as they have not received any of the 3 forms l already done . I feel lve been given the run around .don't see any point as they never get back to you .

Better to Avoid The Perfume Shop (Online). I have ordered a perfume from the perfume shop (Online) on a discounted and offer price but the funny thing was that they deducted the money from my account and I haven’t got any perfume yet. After one week, I contacted the customer service and they were pushing me towards the cancellation of my order, i told them i need my order to be delivered and the customer service advisor said to me that I don’t know about the order, I don’t know when it will be delivered because it is pending from a warehouse side😁. I am still waiting for my order to be delivered or order to be cancelled 😁 No confirmation yet. Please Beware from the Perfume shop Online system, they will waste your time…

I have purchased a tom ford gray vetiver online to collect to collect from the store and it and there is no smell also bought chanel mademoiselle again the bottle loons fake and the smell does not last. They sell a fake. Is this ompany legit or are the staff exchanging goods.

I was at the shop at the grand central in Birmingham and the lady who served me was excellent and very knowledgeable of the product she was selling. She made my shopping very easy and can’t wait to be back. Keep up the great service and one lucky customer being served by Brimi I hope it’s the correct spelling of her name.

Perfume definitely did not smell authentic as I’d been using the brand for years. I queried whether it could be stale. Either way, complete waste of money. Plus, when I complained the customer advisor was very patronising.

Took my son to buy his first fragrance with some of his birthday money. He picked CK Obsession for Men, but then accidentally picked the women’s version and bought that. Tried it on in the car and realised the mistake. Took it straight back and explained the mix up but the store refused to exchange it. Zero help even considering the circumstances. Really disappointed and we will not be shopping there again and will warn all of our friends. It may be discounted, but clearly at the cost of customer service.

awful awful organisation and incompetent staff. website is more often than not crashing; placed and charged me for an order twice and I had to battle to get one of the two orders cancelled and when I recieved the order, some items were not included. Within 1 minute of sending a whatsapp message to customer services, a silly customer services representative sent a long text confirming she checked with the warehouse and they confirmed checking and disptaching all items. I asked for evidence and all she did was send a line, clearly an extract from screen, showing SKU (which is the item number) and 2 beside it. when I asked for evidence that they did indeed include all items in the box, they said they dont have it. never again, useless website, terrible untruthful staff and rubbish service
