“I have been a customer of the Outnet for several years. I liked the Outnet, the variety of clothes and their speedy delivery.
However, the latest experience with them has been negative. I have been waiting for a refund following the return of three items for almost two months. They are using UPS which is very unreliable and had apparently lost the package on the return. Now the package appears to have been found but I have not had any update on my refund. I hope this is resolved soon but it is a shame as I will think twice before ordering from them again.”

“If we good give negative we would ammiright. I’ll keep this short- I’d never purchased from this site before but heard this was part of Net-a-Porter which is very reputable. I’ve ordered from FarFetch and Norman’s numerous times through the years and all luxury, designer badges.
Gave this a whirl- ordered several pieces and returned several. A McQueen sweater being one of them. A few notes: I NEVER EVER alter or remove tags I don’t do funky stuff like wear an item and return it. You know- fraudulent returns- I don’t do that.
Anyway received an email a week later saying they processed the return but all items had processed except the McQueen (the most costly item in the lot). I called and the rep told me they said they didn’t process that return because it’s been worn! I could not believe what I had just heard- the tags, the sweater, every thing was in exact condition it was in when it got to me. I don’t wear deodorant so I know there weren’t deodorant marks. I never wore that sweater. (And ps. The earrings I ordered which I sent back, look like they had been worn for years and were cheap. Super tarnished Zimmerman’s.) the rep hung up on me after I calmly told him how very very bad this is- that sweater was in perfect condition with every tag attached and wrapped in tissue paper when it was packed up. I called back and a rep told me they would put in a ticket. I woke up this morning to a partial refund of the item but still no emails. They didn’t send an email discussing the reason they didn’t refund that sweater initially and they haven’t s by an email confirming the partial credit. All forms of communication a reputable organization would do since this is a banking transaction and those are agreements that a merchant must abide by when accessing a customers financial institution. AVOID this place. I will be taking this up with my bank but what I headache. I will never ever order from them again.”

“Awful experience with TheOutnet! Waiting for a refund for a month now, the parcel is held in Capri since the 9th of November. Customer support took 20 minutes to check and told me that he sent the documents to UPS, so I have to wait until the status changes.

“I have been a regular customer of the OUTNET for many years but recent months I noticed that they have falsified the original price of items. Making the shown discounted cost infact the full price and doubling up what is the original price.
Example a missoni dress originally £471 but they show it as £771 reduced to close to the real original cost !
This is not legal and needs to be looked into”
“I’ve been a customer of Outnet for over 10 years and am purchasing from them several times a year. With my last purchase, they managed to not register one out of four items I’ve sent back, even though it was all on the same package. They don’t come back to me with any information and all my emails are being answered in the same manner “still investigating”. Yet, they have managed to inform Klarna that my claim was not valid, which would mean I would need to pay 200 euros for an item I don’t have. This is awful and they should be ashamed of themselves. I will not buying anything else from Outnet if they don’t resolve the issue and will also be looking into legal ways to deal with it”
“Ordered something and it takes a few weeks for it to be delivered. They use UPS which is so unreliable. You receive an email from UPS to say that your parcel is out for delivery and at the end of the day when you have waited in, another email arrives to say that your delivery has been rescheduled!! Any returns have to be sent via UPS and when there are issues with their service UPS end up delivering the parcel back to you!! Be very carful and aware on ordering.
OUTNET returns policy of 28 days is this is not enough days for what I have just experienced and the fault lies with UPS.
Items are sent out and returned to an address in Europe. OUTNET.COM need to source another courier.”
