“Ordering was a very straight forward process, very efficient and speedy delivery. Both items are christmas present so as yet cannot comment on the product, but I will when Santa's been and delivered. Hope his service is as efficient.”

“"The shipment from the UK to Norway was really fast and the packaging was really nice and neat. The quality of the casing was great as well. However, unfortunately, I received the water bottle was not in a good quality, there was a small hole leakage due to the manufacturing error. After I realized, I sent an email to the customer service and they send the new one to me. Although I am a bit annoyed, yet the water bottle shop really prompt response. Thank you :)"”

“The actual hot water bottle it's self is good quality so I'm happy with that. The cover I bought to go on it though is too thin and came with a little hole on the fabric, however it was very cheap so I can't complain too much.”

“Very prompt service. Lovely hot water bottle, particularly as they seem to be bigger than some. A very nice quality tartan cover too, which although advised against, did wash very well on a low temperature. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because the bottle comes with a strong, sweet, sickly smell in the rubber. This is fading gradually but I found it very unpleasant.”
