Hi Hayley, Thanks for your review. At the time your messages on instagram went into the blocked folder and so did not pull through to our customer service system and your email went into junk which we didn't check so often. The team now checks instagram and the junk folder daily! Once we contacted you we resolved your order, the initial error being down to the product packaging being mislabelled at source. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused on this occasion, however your review has helped us to improve what we do!

“The capacity is smaller than I’m used to but it still delivers on heat output. My only gripe is that the cover is so slippery! Easy to drop and easy to slide out of the bed between mattress and top sheet. Pretty colour though.”

“As we all aim to cut our heating costs, this is the first year, since childhood, I have used a hot water bottle. I bought the Long Hot Water Bottle and it arrived a few days later. It is a great purchase and suits me better than the traditional shape. Would recommend the product and the company highly”

“The first pair of bottles I ordered didn’t arrive but there had been a Bank Holiday weekend and postal workers were on strike! I telephoned and was sent another couple which arrived in two days. Matthew was really helpful.”

“Love love love my new fluff covered, long hot water bottle! Here's why ... My order arrived neatly packed and promptly. Having only ever bought cheap small ones before, I am so impressed with the quality and design of this product. It feels robust and the covering is so soft. The spout's shape helps when filling it up without splashing or missing the in let hole, keeps my hand steady in a way. Two kettle fulls and it stays hot ALL night. I no longer have to get up during the night to refill the 2 small ones I had before. It is so soothing and therapeutic for my constant back pain, any time of day or night. I half fill it and flop it over the back of my chair when sitting so I can lean back on it gently and carefully when I need some heat from neck down. At night I lay it the length of my spine, it doesn't move but easy enough to move to keep contact when changing positions. It stays hot for hours! My daughter said one morning that it's still hot enough to do the washing up. The only unavoidable downside I find is that it is a tad heavy when full. It is manageable though and I stay mindful when lifting and carrying it so all good. I am converted and see this as a great investment in my comfort. I highly recommend this product from The Hot Water Bottle Shop”
