“my credit card was hit after using SLR Hut trhis is the only place I have shopped with and a month later my credit card details were used and I get messaged by my card provider. Either SLR Huts website is not secure or it has been hacked or their is someone crooked working for the company. I do not appreciate my card being used on gambling websites nor do I appreciate finding out that SLR Hut have no real presence in the UK but do have a maildrop, accommodation address, mailbox call it whatever you may like but they are misrepresenting themselves. This is an US compnay and there are reports of others having their credit card being used illegally by someone after a pyrchase from SLR Hut”

“Order arrived quicker than expected but with items missing. Customer service over the phone is terrible. Staff sound like they couldn’t care less and then stick you on hold for ages. No email response either but hoping it will get resolved soon. Planned to place more orders for my business but unlikely to take the risk now.”

“Placed my order. Phone call from John to confirm it. Personal service!! Very impressed!! He talked me through the order that everything was okay. Told me the day it would arrive, it did. Also the money I saved. I bought a Nikon D7200 camera and lenses plus extras. I know I'm going to get brilliant pictures with it. Thank you John, fantastic service and all from the USA. Brilliant.”

“I was worried when I found out they were not based in the UK and the camera I ordered was coming from the USA but I experienced no problems at all and saved myself over £100.”

“If I could give no stars I would. We are still awaiting a refund on a camera which SLR Hut have confirmed they have received back. This item was returned in November 2018! The refund was agreed over the phone and we were given strict instructions to only return the camera and not the whole bundle of goods as we were replacing the camera with another from the same company (which we paid for as they wouldn't send a replacement without payment - so to be clear we have bought three camera but only have two!). They are now ignoring all forms of communication from us. I would NEVER recommend purchasing from this company.”

“I ordererd a bridge camera, with the 'add' on kit.(Nikon 900) when the package, arrived, two days, sooner than stated, I find in the pacakage, flash gun, deffuser, etc, How does one fit a flash gun to bridge camera?”

“Very good service indeed. I would have given the top star rating but the actual camera colour I ordered became unavailable after I ordered it. Delivery and customer service has been very good indeed. Just unfortunate that I did not get the colour that I actually wanted. Great price and camera though! Would certainly recommend SLR Hut!”

“Order never had correct address on invoice. Label printing machine never printed house number resulting in me carefully tracking item. Got it eventually.”
