Only two but thats fir their customer servive. They respond within 48h so that's great! Items ordered arrived in bad condition, damaged also took nearly a month. Description for sizing is poor an inaccurate.

I brought the Denim bardot dress mid length it came to day the quality of stitching and lose threads made it look cheap. However I tried on looks lovley and flattening so will be keeping it. I have heard good stuff about silkfred and expected better this was 1st time purchasing. I was a little disappointed I just think a little bit more attention to cutting lose threads off buttons and elastic would of made the dress so much better

got an answer but still not resolved, parcel dispatched but not heard any thing since and tracking number is incorrect according to Royal Mail

Returned item still not had a refund 2 weeks later chased several times, appreciate another vendor de la creme but silk fred only point of contact and still no refund

It is far easier to buy a product from this company than to return it. You should not have to print out return labels by going to a password protected site. If you haven't got access to a printer you cannot return the product! (Maybe they know that many people will give up). It should be easier than this to return product and return labels should be included in the sold product. Chat line was very good and allowed the return labels to be issued even though we couldn't remember the password.

I ordered a green dress from silkfred but it was a completely different colour of green. I was very disappointed, and then I just noticed they charged for delivery when it had said free delivery when I had bought it. Won’t be using this brand again unfortunately.

I bought 4 items from them, 2 are of bad quality, one is completely shapeless and the other has not arrived despite me placing the order 17 days ago. There is no news of when I’ll get a refund.

Website is very difficult to use and vouchers are difficult to add. Customer service is pretty much non existent. Save yourself the time and energy and shop somewhere else.

Never recieved half of order which were supposed to be christmas presents. I was only refunded one item instead of two. Still in comms with them just seems slow.

Down side is that you've got to pay for returns i wont be using silkfred until thats resolved. Thankyou

Poor service. Items weren’t as in images and poor quality Confusing as items come from different shops then must be returened to each store at your cost. I returned to parcels with a cost to myself of £12! Tried to call contact customer service but no phone number to talk in person! What professional company has no customer service call centre! Steer clear!

I agree with all the comments regarding the return system.....absolutely dreadful ! and you cannot get in touch with them other than email and they don't respond 😡 A shame really because some of their stuff is nice ! I am having trouble getting a refund and will not use them again.

Be aware returns are not free!!!! Although I did keep two dresses from my order I’ve had to pay £7 to return the items that were no good. These had to go two different distributors so I had to pay two lots of postage. It should be made clear at the point of ordering that returns are payable by the customer. I would never have ordered if I had known this and I won’t be ordering again!

I have ordered twice from here. The first item fit correctly but the second did not, something that happens quite often when ordering from the internet. So I was surprised to see that you can't return items for free, you have to pay for a tracking service which has put me off ordering from there again. The whole point of online stores is that they are saving lots of money from not hiring a store, paying utility bills etc and then that frees up money for them to pay for free return delivery, especially because they can negotiate cheaper contracts. So this seems really tight and stingy that they're not paying especially because a customer always has to try on an item because sizes vary so much depending on the make and type of garment. Very disappointed.

Delayed delivery with really poor and slow communication so received item late. Quality of item I ordered was awful for the price. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

parcel came in 3 different packages. Tried to return some items which were the wrong size and got no response from them with returns information (which isnt all one address and isnt published on website). They are only contactable by email and dont respond! I have yet to return items but due to numerous addresses will have additional return postage costs. It was one order, should all come from the one place and same for returns.
