This is a SCAM!!! Stay way from this company. I ordered 2 products and I just received 1 and it was damaged. I sent pictures and the tracking number but they not refund me. Very bad customer service!

I was Sent a text, delivery between 7.45am to 11.45am waited in finally delivered at 3.15pm. No apology told we can deliver anytime. WHY SEND 2 TEXT stating time what a complete and utter waste of our time. This is the second time and I was told to make a complaint to RM but their webform is not working so you cannot type anything so telephoned and after 19 minutes they answered and raised a complaint. WHAT LOUSY SERVICE DONT USE ROYAL MAIL

Every single delivery was returned. I was waiting for my delivery and the delivery person doesn't even try to contact and deeliver the package. Every single time, they returned my package to a collection centre and i had to go and collect it. Extremeely disappointed

Ordered a redelivery for the 2nd time woke up at 6am waiting like an idiot downstairs and still no package I’m so utterly ashamed and disgusted at the service, other services seem to be delivering well and on time they’re using the virus as an excuse bloody deliver my package already!!

I am in shock and awe at how badly Royal Mail have treated my complaint. They delivered a parcel addressed to me to an address 0.7 miles away. 3 weeks later, after spending hours on the phone, requesting call backs that did not materialise and emails which have been ignored, I have discovered that I have been passed over for the Postal Review to deal with, whom, are not responding to my emails and are apparently nothing to do with Royal Mail even though they have a Royal Mail email address! Royal Mail will not admit that they have mis-delivered the parcel, they try and direct me to claim from the seller who will not entertain me because the tracking info says that the parcel was delivered. I am just absolutely disgusted in the lack of action, the inability to take responsibility for your mistakes, in fact, the the inability to have done anything to resolve the situation at all.

Truly awful service, clueless staff and management, completely archaic service seem to deliver if they can be bothered. Cannot be relied not to severly damage mail, have had mail left on wheelie bin in the rain rather tham delivered. If you have the option to use a courier service instead do it

Having an on going problem and a terrible experience with Royal Mail. I received post in a plastic 'sorry your item is damaged bag' with missing items I was advised this is due to the Royal Mail machines i understand this. I tried to submit an online claim but because I don't have a tracking number due to the sender sending via a post box I cannot complete this online form. After several emails telling me I have to submit an online claim and several emails back from me explaining over and over that I cannot as I have no tracking number but providing photos of the said damaged item. They have basically said the sender or myself has to suffer the loss for Royal Mail damaging my post and losing some of my delivery. I'm furious, how is this fair! This is ongoing but beware that if you don't send all your letters/ post through the actual post office in order to obtain a tracking receipt number and Royal Mail damage or lose your property they will not be compensating you and those of you that are not online/ computer savvy enough to complete the online form (which is not simple) you also have to accept Royal Mail damaging your property as they have no other work around for anything outside of the "box".

Post man services in WD17 1NJ is very unprofessional, I live in a block of flats and the postman dont ring your intercom when you got a parcel/mail to be delivery to your door instead he leave all the parcels in the floor in the communal areas which it has cause the parcels gone missing. I personally got 7 parcels missing. When you contacted customers services they dont reply back to you. I have reported the issue since day one. Bad service

Yet again I pay for next day delivery and then find out via the tracking system that my parcel has been dumped in the local post office and the tracker states "tried to deliver no one in" what utter rubbish, my wife waited in and also took deliveries from others. They did not even leave a card but how could they if they never visit the property as they were paid to do. This also happened to my elderly parents how stopped in all day and they have an intercom system but again dumped at the local post office and again no card, spoke to local depot but just get excuses. They may delivery 16 billion items a year but lose over 1 million items every year, it is a shame they do not do what we pay them for, no wonder other companies business is growing so fast, I refuse to use them full stop and choice the delivery of ordered items from others if possible. Very poor service at such high prices. Vote with your choice of who you use.

Still the best delivery company. Always fast, on time and polite postmen. The women at the post office shops can be a bit rude at times and their prices are a bit high for delivery, but you get what you pay for and when it comes to receiving packages, they're the best,

The worst company ever!!! The last problem has been that the sender hired royal mail 24 and after waiting for the item (as they said in the track) they just changed it, saying that we requested to hold the item in the post office. That is serious as they said something that was not true. I do not know how companies still trust on them. It is not the first time that happens to me like that.

Their tracking system is brilliant and tells you exactly where your parcel is and resolves any dispute about delivery

Last month I ordered some garden plants from Dobies. They arrived in a poor condition having taken 4 days travelling despite being labelled "Plants open immediately " and then being a flat package pushed through the letter box. I complained to Dobies and they replaced them only this time they took 9 days to arrive. Even with 2nd class postage this is totally unacceptable as guess what - the plants had given up and died 😢

A one-off purchase without having to go to a shop and have to buy an entire booklet of stamps. Also, quick and efficient.
