Although I get the reason for having seeds coarsely chopped and this was something I liked about this product, I am not a big fan of the consistency once it's prepared. Also, there is something odd in the flavour I can't really put my finger on what it is.
I wouldn't recommend them as I'm not totally convinced myself. But probably worth trying them and seeing for yourself whether this product is for you”

“Delivery always fast. Excellent product. I'm chronically ill and this is enough of a breakfast to keep me full until early afternoon. I blend in a bullet blender with oat milk and a small amount of frozen fruit. If I'm really unwell, I just shake 1/4 of a cup with the milk in a shaker jar (it has a metal ball in it), although I prefer it blended. Many flavour options. Yes, it's expensive but high quality and I use three or four times a week so It lasts.”

“I just love the stuff, and it's so much easier having all that goodness included as opposed to buying separate bags of whole food nuts, seeds etc. I mostly have smoothies, adding bits of fruit and spinach to it, but I've also had it with yoghurt and in a protein pancake. “I really like this product. I’m on my second order, I started with the individual sachets, as I didn’t know what to expect, but I liked them all. This time I bought 3 big bags. (Beetroot, pistachio and choc and hazelnut) It’s not too sweet, really filling and has a nice nutty undertone running through all the flavours. I’ve been blending either half a banana or half an avacado in and replacing lunch It arrives quickly, with no fuss. It’s a good product.”
