“I use the Vegan packs as too much milk doesn't agree with me. I love the nuttiness of the...well, nut flavours. I prefer the nutty ones to the cocoa and vanilla packs, which I didn't expect. I use both the handy single serving size and the big bags. The smaller ones are great for when I'm out and about or on holiday. Last holiday I lost 2 pounds and it didn't even feel like I was trying. I'm using 2 a day most days and then 2 small healthy meals.”
