“I love love love this stuff... my favourites are Banana, vanilla and macadamia and the chocoltae and beetroot... I tend to have them for breakfast and i do add a banana some times if I am likely to be having a very late lunch...although this is absolutely not needed...

“I have coeliac disease so there are very few of these shake type things available that are suitable for a gluten free diet. Luckily I really like Purition so I would recommend these if you are looking to have a healthier breakfast or lunch. I find a lot of quick gluten free options are really process so it is nice to find something that is more natural but still quick and easy. I also like the taste of them as they are not sickly and sweet like some other meal replacements. Overall I think this is a great product but can work out a bit expensive.”

“I was told by my PT to start taking a protein shake as I had increased my exercise routine and because I'm not getting any younger!! I also wanted to lose a bit of weight. I tried the 7 day trial at first as I'm not a fan of shakes and not keen of anything clumpy. I love them, I tend to buy the smaller packets as I like to have a different flavour everyday. I mix them into greek yoghurt, so that I feel that I am having a meal rather than a drink and have one each day mid-morning. They mix really well into the yoghurt and I love the seeds and the bonus is they actually fill me up! I have a small bowl of cereal mid afternoon and then have a healthy (most of the time) dinner early evening. Delivery is really quick too, definitely recommend, nothing to lose and lots to gain.”
“I was a little bit sceptical to begin with, but order my taster pack and all I can say is Wow, the taste is great and these keep me full until lunchtime. I am currently trying to lose weight and these shakes are definitely helping me do that, I have lost 10 lbs in two weeks and I really believe that a lot of this is down to these shakes due to them keeping me full and not wanting to snack before my lunch.
