I specifically wanted something that had no additives and Purition 100% delivers on this! Personally prefer the berry flavours but chocolate was good too!”
“I love the flavour and the natural infredients of the shakes. The only thing i would improve on is the sweetness, i don’t remember what sweetener you use(stevia?) but it’s def not my favourite. I think i’ve tried something in the past sweetened with dehydrated fruits, mainly bananas, and it tasted so good.”
“I have been using the shakes as a high protein/low carb breakfast with Greek yoghurt and fruit which keeps me going through the morning and then with low carb veggie meals, I am losing weight slowly but steadily but more importantly, not feeling hungry. They're pretty tasty - would be nice if they blended a bit better but they are nice - I think I enjoy the beetroot flavour the most, shame it's a limited edition!”

However, they taste delicious, so as long as I scope off the foamy head and don't drink right to the bottom of the glass it is ok! “Some reviewers have said they find this too gritty but I really like the fact that it is ground seeds and nuts and not a powder. On yogurt especially, or a mixture of yoghurt and milk, it's like a lovely pudding, but with none of the down sides. Not all flavours are strong, but the cherry bakewell, the pistachio and the banana are great, and the macadamia and vanilla makes yoghurt taste like ice cream! I'm on my second selection box now, making notes!”
“Puriton Vegan us the best meal shake I gave used. I get the sachets so I can try different flavours. I like the texture and flavours are good. I like mixing them up with a banana or some frozen fruit.”
“I ordered the individual packets to see which one I liked. Some I found lacked any real taste for me personally but, the ones I loved I ordered in the big packet.
I have mine for either breakfast or lunch & they are very satisfying, I feel full but not bloated & I didn’t feel hungry for a good 3/4 hours after.”
“Really like the flavour choices and find them very filling. I blend them for the recommended time and it makes the shakes really creamy but a lot of the seeds still end up in the bottom of the drink so it needs a good shake part way through drinking.”

“I like the mild flavours. Vegan is better for me as I have to limit my dairy but both types taste nice (the vegan does have that slight pea like taste but I found after a week I didn’t notice it don’t longer). I do add a half a frozen banana or a few berries, a heaped teaspoon each of almond butter and a handful of spinach and blend it. On its own Purition tastes fine (it is a healthy product after all) but with a few extras it tastes lovely and is filling but not overly so.”
“Loving Puriton. I was a bit sceptical as I'm not a fan of nuts but ordered 14 samples to try it out and liked it so much I reordered. Still haven't decided on my favourite flavour so got the small ones again, though next time I may go for a large bag. Favourite flavours so far are vanilla and macadamia nuts, chocolate orange and strawberry. Really quick to prepare and stops me skipping breakfast when I'm short on time. I mix it with frozen fruits and oat milk for a smoothie. My only gripe is that on my second order, some of the sachets were coming open at the bottom so had to throw a few away. If this happens again I'll probably not get them again as they are quite expensive.”
“Love it! Fills me up till late afternoon, and my gut health is a lot better.. Been on it now for 7 days and it’s great! Wanted to lose weight, as menapausal, but to feel better too.. Not keen on the chocolate ones, a little bitter for me, but the others are fab, i mix berries with mine and milk and blitz. Would recommend x”

“Great product but could do with larger than 700 gram bags, also just recently I had to purchase 3 200 gram bags because they were out of stock ?, to be fair though puritan where kind enough to give me 25 % of 3 x 200 gram bags instead of my normal order, thing is though as somebody who takes their exercise and diet seriously I need a reliable service. “Only tried two flavours so far, the Cherry bakewell as a porridge with added fruit is lovely and kept me full till lunchtime. Had a strawberry shake as a quick lunch and although I enjoyed it, it didn’t fill me up for long.”
“I was looking for a protein shake that wasn't full of chemicals and this fits the bill. I was concerned as I have IBS but took the advice from the website and started on 20g every other day. There have been no issues so now I make the shakes with the 40g recommended. It keeps me full until lunchtime and has had a positive impact on my energy levels. My sugar cravings have dampened. So far my favourites have been the good old classic strawberry and also beetroot and chocolate. I've knocked off one star as it is expensive but you get what you pay for. I would recommend.”
