“I am now into my 2nd month of Purition shakes and have the longer term plan to remain. I use purition shakes as a meal option on a low carb/keto lifestyle. I simply take in a shake with almond milk and avocado and I love all the flavours… I have sampled majority, if not all! I love the texture, it is more satisfying as not completely smooth. I feel my hunger is balanced, without feeling the need to snack until next meal, which to me shows how effective it is with providing substantial nutrition without the blood sugar spike!
I find the cost reasonable, but this is based on 14 sachets/month. I have a portable blender that I take with me to work, allowing me to mix up a shake for lunch (it really does need to be a blend and drink otherwise the solid elements settle on the bottom and it is not so easy to mix back).
The ingredient list speaks for itself, 100% natural which has a feel good factor all on its own. This is a low carb option and with the seeds etc providing healthy and hunger preventing fats, this is a great keto option.”
