“I have tried so many different shakes over the years whilst trying to lose weight but they were all far too sweet & synthetic tasting for my liking. I now have type 2 diabetes & Purition absolutely fits the bill. It is not sickly sweet & I blend it using a no sugar soya milk, it fills me up with hardly any carbs at all & I am losing weight to boot. It is also good to know I am getting plenty of nutrients too.

I was really impressed with how smooth the shakes were when I first tried them and how satisfied I felt for hours after. I tried one with a banana blended in to a couple of flavours and this was deliciaous but I didn't need to with all of them. No sickly sweet taste but lovely gentle flavours and no horris after taste.
