Pre ordered in October goods allegedly supposed to arrive end of November they didn’t. PLO refused refund. Just kept seding emails to say still dealing with my enquiry. Now not answering emails. Have had to get refund through my bank. Have just heard PLO are ceasing to trade.

I seem to be like many others here! Ordered a trike in November and then found out, on the same day that another family member had already sourced one elsewhere. I cancelled my order on the same day. Money taken out within minutes. E mails received from them saying matter would be resolved in 5-7 working days I have still not received anything and it is now almost 2 months since I cancelled the order. E mails and telephone calls not being answered now. Increasingly frustrated and am amazed they have not been challenged by trading standards.

Ordered in October and like loads of other people cannot get the goods and asked for refund several times. Still no refund ! Misselling products you have no intention of supplying.

Pre-ordered an item to then get an email saying I won’t get the item anymore and they will issue me a refund. I have been waiting months for my refund and still nothing? They contacted me and said I would get it within 14 days which was a month ago! I just want my money back. Don’t advertise products if you can’t sell them!

Never again will I shop at precious little one and judging from these posts - I think people are feeling the same. Ordered my item in October, delivery was on time but the item was damaged when it arrived (in transit by the look of the boxes). I Contacted them immediately and they said they will investigate. Then they closed my ticket as solved! I emailed again and a new email ticket was opened. Many chases from me and ignored, then finally offered 10% refund for the damage. This item was for a gift and I paid over £150 so this is not helpful. If I wanted a damaged/second hand item I would have gone to eBay and got it much cheaper. Have been ignored now for another month so will call the the credit card company and ask them to chase now. I’ve spend enough time and received many auto responses. I will inform others of my experience. Kiddies kingdom have been great for my purchases if anyone wants to look elsewhere.

Pre ordered an item October for delivery end of November, received email from them stating issues with their suppliers, have had no response to my emails & no one answers the phone. Have asked for a refund as I cancelled the order, still nothing, as I paid through Pay Pal I've escalated a case against them. Avoid this company absolutely appalling customer service

Terrible company, do not give them your money. No one answers email, or the telephone. If you leave a message no one gets back to you. If someone from this company reads this please contact me to rectify the situation, order 2183920. Thanks

AWFUL - avoid. No product and no refund of a product costing in excess of £100. Don’t throw your money down the drain, order elsewhere.

Order no: 2196894 Placed order for two items on 1/11/20. They took money immediately. I received one item and was informed the other item will be delivered sometime in November. They sent an email stating they hadn't received item, so I requested a refund and said I had ordered item from another company. Still no refund! They then sent the item that I had cancelled as they couldn't supply in time. I have requested this item should be collected from me and refund what I am owed. Still no refund and no collection of goods. I have sent several emails, telephoned them and left message. They don't respond to any form of contact. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Don't use this company. They will take your money, they will not supply your ordered item & you will not get a refund. GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT BUY FROM Precious Little Ones. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I seem to be having the same experience as most people in this thread. I ordered an item in October for November dispatch (order number 2168226). Was told that dispatch is delayed to an unknown date and now haven't had any acknowledgement of my refund request. I have tried calling customer services, but after spending far too long on hold, nobody answers the phone. I have the item from a different place now and it arrived within 2 days of ordering. Now I am about £135 out of pocket - not a great situation to be in with a new baby arriving imminently. I won't be using Precious Little One again and will make sure none of my friends do either. It's extremely disappointing, at what should be an exciting time for us.

Very poor customer service. Ordered a trike in October for November delivery but it never arrived. Bought it online elsewhere and received it within three days. Been promised a refund but still not got it. Quick to take your money but not return it! I will never buy from this company again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely awful! I have been trying to contact for over 2 weeks about my order. I have sent 5 emails, 2 Facebook messages, left 2 phone messages and been in hold for over an hour to then have the phone hung up on. A total shamble of a company who take your money, tell you the items aren't in stick but then there is no way to cancel the items for a refund as no one gets back to you. Just give me my money back!!!

I trusted this company because I had shopped with them before. NEVER AGAIN!! I had pre-ordered a SkipHop activity center in mid October, [Order No. 2176148] when the delivery date arrived a month later they told me they wouldn't be able to deliver the item as they did not have stock. Then they provided the option to issue a refund, which I requested over a month ago. Every week they kept sending me automatic emails saying they were still working on the refund of 114 GBP. It has been almost a month and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! Then today, they send me another automatic email, again letting me know that they won't be able to deliver and that I have the option to request a refund. I had ordered other stuff previously from this website but given their mismanagement with this order, I dont intend to use them ever again. I will also let all of my NCT mom friends know never to bother using this website! I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Ordered doll's cot for Christmas back in November. Informed delivery date put back and could re ceive refund or a wait new order. Requested refund as sourced product elsewhere , which was delivered in two days, but I have not heard anything despite several generated e mails. My experience seems to be the same as many other reviews on this site....only wish I had read these first!!

Ordered 2 toy train sets in November for delivery later that month as Christmas presents only to have them delayed twice and now have a current shipping date of 4th January which is obviously too late. Tried messaging and phone calls but getting no response. Ordered same items from another website this week and they arrived in 2/3 days. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing from this site to think again and look for the same product from a more reputable company.

We placed an order on 9 November 2020 for our grandsons Christmas present with this company which was for delivery at the end of November. Following an email on 9 December 2020 from them telling me that the delivery will not be in the timescale as detailed in my order, I immediately emailed them requesting the order be cancelled and issue a full refund. Like other complainants all I received were several automated email replies saying they are dealing with my request. I also tried to contact them by phone, again with no success and get cut off after 30 mins. After several subsequent emails asking for the order to be cancelled I have now received the unwanted order. To return the order by their courier will cost £16.50, a cost which I have disputed with them, but as usual there is no reply. I will never deal with this company again. I have now been in contact with PayPal to raise a dispute with this company.

NEVER use this company they take your money and don’t supply the goods. I really do not know how they can sleep soundly at night as to me they are robbers!!!

I ordered a moses basket and stand in November,they sent delivery note saying it would be delivered 17th December (tomorrow),I ordered for my daughter whos baby is due January. Received email today to say its delayed and won't be delivered until 29th January!!!the baby will be here long before that!I tried phoning for a refund, but lines apparently closed at midday, so I have emailed, after reading all the reviews on here im going to claim money back through PayPal, terrible customer service will never use again!

Order placed November 9th. Repeated delays in expected dispatch date and then told unsure when product will be available. Advised to ask for refund or choose another item. Unable to speak to someone by phone despite numerous lengthy waits ‘on hold’. Will never use this company again and advise friends and family to avoid.
