2 parcels were sent from Portugal to Denmark and both arrived rather bashed on the inside with the expected broken items inside. FedEx international who did the delivery pushed responsibilities from one country office to the other, including the filling up of a very time-consuming complaining form that in the end could only be submitted when the right entity raises a complaint number - never happened. On the last (of many!) inquire made I was told that the complaint would have to be raise by Parcel4You as the paid for party. To date it hasn't happened either and now I'm both bureaucracy-exhausted and reaching the given time frame to complain.
Not to mention that to safeguard themselves, we are asked to keep all packaging and broken items until further notice. I wonder what they expect us to do with shattered glass and china hanging around in the middle of the house. Very unresponsive and unaccountable service, unacceptable when an insurance has been paid to cover for this possibility.
I am an extremely disappointed customer and am in no position to recommend to anyone.”
