“I have been making regular purchases from Naturisimo for several years because they have a selection of excellent products at reasonable prices and value organic/ethical products. The service is consistently above expectations at all times, in other words: always absolutely top-notch. If I am not totally satisfied with a product (it happens, rarely), they quickly contact me, ask relevant questions, suggest a different product and honestly really engage in amazing customer service. *Special shout out for Jhana, who is incredibly professional and helpful, which is rare in every experience I have had outside of Naturisimo. I live in France and each order (and I have placed over 20 orders...) has arrived on time according to the timeline provided - properly packed and never damaged. I'm a faithful customer and will remain so due to the above. Thank you!”

“Naturisimo as a brand is absolutely incredible. I love the fact that I can easily access natural products through one website. Most of their products are great and the delivery is fast. Occasionally I receive a product which I dislike, however their amazing customer service team makes up for this and often sends me a new product to try. Cannot recommend them enough!”

“I am outside UK but I decided to give it a try. I got a bit excited and made 3 orders. The first arrived after a month and a half, others got lost. The company promised to make a refund but so far, no refund no products, I checked with PayPal and credit card company.”

“I love the natural selection at Naturisimo. Prices of goods and free shipping threshold are affordable. Goodie bags with full size items (esp. candles) are irresistible and most of all, useful and practical in terms of upping my beauty game! The orders always come beautifully wrapped with eco-friendly packaging. Unfortunately, with a recent order, things didn't go right: the Jason Vitamin E skin oil leaked. Tisha at customer service pro-actively handled the complain super professionally and she really put me at ease. I feel thankful she was around. The replacement order came super quickly and intact.”

“I have always liked Naturisimo and felt they were better than their competitors. But the last year or so they have gone to the next level. They have a huge range of products, some hard to find in the UK, their customer service and livechat are excellent and extremely personable. Its also a nice treat to be able to accrue points and they do regular promotions. It really is a pleasure to buy from them and I hope to do so forever!”

“What a wonderful company ! I have nothing but praise for them . I very recently contacted customer services with a concern I had , and the sensitive , caring way my concern was dealt with was exemplary in every way . “I found this seller because they're the only ones selling the products that I wanted that also ship to my country. They've helped me multiple times when I had issues with my orders (outside of their control). For example, they sent me a replacement with absolutely no fuss when the item I ordered had some issues (manufacturing issues). And just now, they helped me settle the charges that customs sent me with absolutely no fuss at all. That was completely out of their control, but they took care of things immediately. Amazing customer support, really. Those things aside, I also like the products are reasonably priced, and sometimes when they have promos, the prices are even a lot cheaper than if you bought them from the official stores themselves.”
