I ordered about £300 of products from Molton Brown and emailed customer service 3 times, each email was ignored. They did send me a review request in which I explained they had not responded to any of my emails - rather than actually get back to me, they just replied to say the review did not comply with their guidelines. And of course did not publish the review. Very dishonest to censor polite feedback. If you can't take criticism, don't ask for reviews and if you have a "customer service" email address then jolly well reply to your customers. Nice products, awful service.

Please beware if you purchase from Molton Brown.com in US. They still shipped out products after you contact them to cancel. And once you received items, it is not free return. Their products are over priced for their value.

Took money from my account 3 times for the same purchase, so far no refund received. This order was placed on 25 October and I was informed by Molton Brown on 6 November that there had been a glitch and multiple amounts had been taken but also that I shouldn’t worry the money would be back in my account in 5-7 days. It’s now 16 November and I’m still waiting for the return of my £495. I have now had to place the matter in the hands of my credit card company to retrieve what was fraudulently taken. AVOID this company. Your money isn’t safe with them. I’m not the only customer that this has happened to, check out Trust Pilot and see for yourself.

Stole £140 from my Bank Account without my knowledge. They are still to put it back 3 days later!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible company explaining the pump on fiery pink pepper of 500ml is not usable it pumps one pump then you have to wait to release its so stiff actually causes me pain they said another pump will be issued clearly this will make no difference as obviously its a manufacturing fault I've bought cheap brands which are easier to use maybe spend more on your product working than the anasthetics of it

On advertising MB of faulty perfume bottle, one of 4 bottles I currently have, providing a vast array of images, specifics of product proof of purchase…a vast number of times, I was argued with by Jody, with passive aggressive hostile comments. The evidence was in black and white, and provided numerous times, and if anyone else has reviewed the facts could very easily see that…argued endlessly instead of holding her hands up and admitting fault for the product and the horrific customer care…and admitted that yes we had all we had asked for and much more besides, but her ego wouldn’t allow her to… Has destroyed customer relations for good after decades and thousands of pounds spent my me, over a £30 bottle of perfume. Customer care is shocking at MB the incompetence is at an all time high and the obtuseness is out there with the best…Mark Johnson needs to wake up to the fact this is how business fail, as American journals ironically say, customer care is the only thing that keeps the consumer coming back…HORRIFIC and DISTRESSING customer care

Absolutely atrocious company. Under no circumstances should you buy direct from them! We ordered some items (#382589363) on 5/22. On 6/2 they took the money from the account and said the items were shipped and would arrive in 5 days. A week later, the items were nowhere to be seen. We called them and they told us some ridicious excuse about natural disasters on a UPS center near us (in SoCal) and that the items were delayed. So we called UPS and they said the real reason was the the items were damaged and would be returned to the sender. Called them again another week later and they said they would refund us. On 6/13 I sent them an email to complain and ask what happened and received no response. We called them again a couple of weeks later (as refunds can take 10 days) and they said they were still processing the refund. We called them again about 3-4 days ago and said they were still processing. Today is 7/21. Not only are they a shitty company who doesn't communicate delivery issues leaving you waiting but they have also kept our money for nearly two months and without any indication of intent that they will refund us. So today I called my bank and disputed the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT WILL BE YOUR WORST ONLINE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE EVER!

I recently purchased online a Molton & Brown gift set. When it arrived I was blown away by the quality presentation box and packaging. If you are looking for gift sets this Christmas. I would highly recommend.

order was placed 11 days ago with a 3-5 day delivery promise and still not received goods. Customer services cannot be reached by telephone and a 3-5 day email delivery reply time. Very disappointing

Order placed on the 9th December, now 20th December still not received, contacted their customer service twice now, no response at all very poor service, asked for a refund cannot even get that, will be taking the matter further. If I could give no stars I would disgraceful Company and even more disgraceful customer service

I purchased a travel set from Molton Brown. The website was informative, good to look at and easy to use, the order was placed quickly and simply. The item arrived on time and the quality of it is beautiful. I had it sent as a 'gift' as it is a birthday present. The packaging was perfect. I would definitely recommend and I will certainly be using again.
