Ordered my sofa "Claudia" which I loved on 9/08/2021, 12/14 weeks I was told, loved the sofa so thought yes will be worth it. No further communication, so I searched my account, now showing estimated mid January 2022, I'd had enough by then! Yes I truly adored the sofa, but far from impressed with communications, the only part that went smoothly was the refund, such a shame. So not a good experience, still looking for similar..so thanks for nothing made.com 😥

This company is not interested in customer satisfaction and problem solving. They delay the deliveries, change the dates without any information to the customer and expect that you should take it or leave it. Beware of their indicated delivery time-frame and expect long delays. I have never encountered a company that tells a customer "sorry I cannot assist you" while confronting them with an issue they created and are responsible to solve. Not a single fragment of desire to look into the matter and try to provide customer satisfaction recovery.

When I ordered a new sofa a month ago (11th November), the estimated shipping date was 13th December, which convinced us to place the order as it would be arriving in time for Christmas and we are hosting quite a few guests. This has now been pushed back to the 5th January, long after Christmas is over and everyone will have left. If an accurate despatch date had been displayed on their website we would not have placed the order and instead looked for alternatives elsewhere. It feels like we were tricked into paying for something that was never going to arrive in time for what we needed it for. As the new despatch date of 5th Jan has only just been updated this week, it is now too late for us to cancel the order and look for alternatives elsewhere this close to Christmas. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience for us, meaning we are now £800 out of pocket with no sign of our new sofa turning up any time soon.

Like so many others, my order has been repeatedly delayed with no end in sight. No communications letting me know, no reponse to my enquiries. Got cut off on the live chat with no reply. They took my money 3 months ago and won't even tell me if my order (which I should have received a month ago) will ever show up. Loads of marketing emails though. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, will never use again.

Bloody awful!!! Customer service is just stock answers about ‘global shipping delays’ - there’s never anyone to actually help. They have delayed dispatch of my item multiple times - I’ve now been waiting 6 months.

£350 Bed frame arrived with sections soldered on the wrong way around. Getting a replacement ordered was a nightmare as it was very automated and designed to be confusing... and I suspect buy them time. No one replied to their Whatsapp help centre either. Online, they marked all my calls for help as Solved, when nothing had been done. When I finally received a replacement bed frame it had parts missing and important parts were bend. MADE seems to have no quality control. Just shipping poorly made furniture direct from China, with zero customer service or support. All the effort is in promotion. Never again.

I have ordered a TV stand in October. It has been delayed twice. The next date for delivery is January. Just not acceptable. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact this company but they never respond. Would never order from company again.

the most incompetent company i have dealt with. first time they sent the wrong chair in, then when we contacted them they said the initial chair was out of stock. After the Ombundsman ruled for them to give a discount, we reluctantly bought the chair again (which suddenly became available!). This time they marked the chair as dispatched and provided an invalid tracking number with the courier!! Now we dont know where the chair is as it disappeared after they took the money! I blame myself for dealign with them twice. Please avoid at all cost!!

Delayed and delayed. I gave up waiting. I ordered a sofa, made in the UK costing about £3k. The lead time was 8-10 weeks, which meant end of November. A week before the delivery the due date changes by two weeks. 9 days before the due date I contacted customer services to confirm the date was still accurate. They initially told me it was delayed due to being stuck on a container (funny that a UK made product would not be in the country) They told me however, that the same product would come in a few weeks if placed a new order that day and mine was in an earlier batch so therefore I could expect my delivery on time. Low and behold as before exactly one week before the due date it changed to mid January! They must know in advance that they won't be able to meet these time lines, but are choosing to wait until the last minute and generate a false date. Deceitful and dishonest. Time wasters. Disgusting customer service.

Terrible customer support, probably the worst company I have ever dealt with, you can be more than an hour on a live chat to get no proper answer. Order made in September still not delivered, items sent out when told to hold. Do not order from this company unless you have plenty of time to live chat.

When something has to be literally made, they are slow and useless, countlessly making up excuses as to why they haven't shipped a product, that I paid for months ago.

The only thing that is positive is that they got some unique furniture. The stuff I ordered arrived months later and was damaged also. The bed had a giant crack and in the end I had to glue it myself because they only wanted to give me 10% off for it. The lamp was 2 months late on delivery. Never gonna order again.

Honestly I would give no stars if that were possible. Avoid Made like the plague! I ordered a sofa from them at the end of February 2021, with an estimated delivery in 8-10 weeks. Latest estimate is delivery in March 2022. It's been repeatedly delayed over the past 9 months. At one point they told me they'd tried to deliver it but it had been damaged in transit so they'd had to remake it. This turned out to be an outright lie - actually the sofa was being made in Vietnam (which is in almost total lockdown). This means that Made knew, and have known all along, that they would not be able to deliver my sofa to a reasonable timeframe. But they took my money anway. And they're still advertising the sofa as being delivered in 8-10 weeks!

Well this is my 3rd order with Made … The first 2 : waited several months and gave up ! Refund This one - still haven’t got this order - one lie after another ! How do these people get away with such shoddy service ???

Ordered a desk in July and yes was made aware of a delivery date end of October. That has now been changed four times and yes they did offer refund of delivery £25. I understand that there are many issues facing retailers at the moment so accepted the delay. To my shock they have been selling the same desk over Black Friday week with an 8 day delivery time. When I eventually got hold of someone they said that mine was a different batch and these were for express delivery! I then received an email saying they had made a mistake and they didnt have any. Two days later my desk was still for sale- I pretended to order it and had an 8 day delivery slot. I again complained and asked why I couldn't have one of the desk they were selling and was told it was on a first come first served basis. On pointing out an order made in July probabaly falls into the first come category the just said sorry and ended the chat. Any way basically I was told somebody could order the exact same desk 5 months after me and have it delivered before me.

Ordered a sofa for the dining room beginning of the year, that arrived no problem! Now I’ve received awful service for the living room sofa because neither made nor arrow XL the courier know where my sofa is it was due for delivery yesterday and nobody knows where it is and also nobody can help me? How can a £1400 sofa just disappear? Currently going back and forth between companies made says despatched to courier on 26th Nov and now poof it’s disappeared all of a sudden with hardly any help customer service is slow and unhelpful as well I’ve told them I’ve spoke to both parties and they’re both pointing the finger, useless! Answers please!!

No updates on my order , money taken but no delivery date. unable to get any reply from anyone via email, app or chat . have no idea when my order is due . I'm at a loss of where to go to now and who to complain to.
