I placed my order in November 2021. One item was supposed to be delivered on 28 December 2021 but was never delivered. After follow up, received an update stating this order will be delivered on 12 January 2022. But till now (25 January), we are still waiting for this item. Emailing their customer service is a total waste of time. Each time, I receive a vague and frustrating templated reply asking to check their website. I have one more item to be delivered in March but now it says April. Now wonder whether I will ever receive this item. Having taken my hard-earned money promptly in November 2021, they don't have any care for customers. Made.com, please deliver my items soon. If you can't, please have the courtesy to return the money.

After receiving not 1 but 2 sofas that had made it through “ quality control “ and were deemed improperly filled by an expert sent by Made; the company organised a return and offered a £100 voucher as a goodwill gesture. They then changed their minds about the voucher and said that if I spent £1000 with them they will give me £100 off the bill, as they “ don’t offer goodwill gestures “. Judging by the quality of the sofas I received - I should coco!!!! After this awful experience I obviously won’t be giving them any more of my hard earned money! DONT TRUST THEM- poor quality goods, and very unethical company to deal with.

We waited weeks for the items to arrive; two chest of drawers. They arrived 2 boxes each, however 1 of the 4 boxes was a completely different item. I spent 1.5hrs on waiting for the online chat; 6 agents later only to be told 'we don't stock the item anymore'. My partner spent a morning assembling the first one before realising the error on the second - Made's only suggestion was that he take it all apart again (!) and they come to collect the 4 boxes. It really is appalling service and the company is clearly shambolic. Avoid at ALL costs - its simply not worth the hassle.

Item arrived after four months of waiting, finally; however, on in packaging it (a £480.00 sideboard) it was damaged. I’m reasonable and prepared to accept that accidents can happen but the customer service was truly woeful. A chat system to deal with issues like this, really? It took me ages to ‘chat’ with a vaguely unhelpful person who then offered me either a refund or a £22 credit or £45 store voucher!! Seriously, I’m not making that up. Even when I proposed that I hold onto the sideboard until a replacement could be sent the ‘customer service’ person appeared to ignore me and return to the three options above. Suffice to say I opted to return the sideboard. Terrible, insulting service and I’ll neither recommend nor ever use MADE again. Finally, the delivery was awful too, but I haven’t really got the inclination to go into that. Overall, dreadful!!

I've ordered a sofa from Made on the 17th of October - with estimate date of delivery the 20th of December which is already a long time to wait but for a decent piece of furniture it is a normal waiting time. When it came to mid December, I've received an email saying that the delivery date was now postponed to the 19th of January. It is that 20th of January today, after getting no news/updates from the company, I've contacted them myself and was informed that the sofa is being delayed yet again. And the estimate delivery date is.... the 20th of JUNE! Five months from now! Another 5 months.... This is absolutely ridiculous and no acceptable. All I got from the customer service is that they can either cancel my order or we have to wait. But again, no guarantees it will be here even in late June. So they take your money, waste your time, have no regard whatsoever for you or your concerns. Give no updates, no alternative solutions. I will not buy from Made again and if you value your money, time and nerves - get furniture from a company that actually cares about their customers and doesn't make false promises.

Broken Lule Chair - I bought office chair (Lule) and one year later its leg is broken. I was just sitting on that chair and I fell down. When I reported this to customer service they said , according to their quality team it was unclear to them where the fault was located, and could not assume that it was a production error. !!!! A total disappointment. "lule bureaustoel"

this company is a joke. they take forever to actually deliver anything to you, literally had to wait a year for something that they said will take 3 months, plus getting anything returned + refunded is a true nightmare. its been over a month since I requested refund - still waiting.

Never got items that I ordered. Never got a refund. Customer service is a waste of time. You just get the run around. Do not understand how it is legal for any company to do this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Shocking service, still waiting for item promised in early December. I understand there are issues with the global supply chain however this delivery had been re-scheduled for early Jan. Next to impossible to get any info from customer services. Do not answer emails or whatsapp. Item still advetised online and delivery within 7 working days. Order ref is 10486581

Ordered a Haru sofa bed. Listed waiting time is 8-10 weeks. Now delayed to what will amount to 13 weeks. Customer service could not say if it may be delayed further. Judging from other customers' experiences it may very well be further delayed. Order number is 1048768** as proof this is a real review.

Like many others, extremely disappointed and shocked with the customer service, sofa delay by 6 months with no warning or communications from them. Still unable to get any answer from them. We have been waiting already 3 months for the sofa and when they failed to delivery on time I contacted them, after many hours waiting in the chat they confirmed the new date is 6 months away. Completely unreliable. Do not buy any expensive item from them.

Completely unreliable with awful service - I've had multiple orders delayed for months at a time only to be delayed again several times when they're due. Be prepared to wait 6+ months. There is absolutely no trust or transparency in delivery dates and communication is terrible. Used to be a fan of Made but why would you buy from somewhere when you don't know if it will arrive tomorrow or in a years time? Oh and what do you get for waiting months longer than expected? 15% off to buy something else from them. Great...

Awful company. I have waited 10 months for chairs - no updates, false promises and constantly told (on chat - no phone lines) that the warehouse will get back to me in 5-7 days. DO NOT USE THEM - unless you want to waste money time and energy. They are absolutely useless. At one point they offered me 15% discount off my next order - laughable. I have no idea if or when my chairs might come. On their website people are giving 5 star reviews for the same chairs received apparently in Oct and Nov - how can this be when I've been told that NONE have shipped. I don't believe their trustpilot reviews either ... very similar language used on many of them.

Ordered a bed marked as available with 5-10 day delivery. Two and a half months later they claim earliest dispatch is March which makes is 5 months after purchase. Every time I ask for status they argue the product was dispatched but “lost”, as it one could lose two beds within a week. HORRIBLE. I wish I had seen these reviews before

Purchased sofa bed paid £10 for weekend delivery and now told 12-14 weeks delivery time. Not honest company as was told item is with them.

I ordered a lamp at the beginning of July 2021, the estimated dispatch date was for September which I found reasonable given they wait until they have enough orders to have the item made (that’s what I says in their website, but after my experience I doubt this is the case). At the beginning of September I had an email to say dispatch was delayed until the beginning of December. Slightly annoying but I didn’t mind waiting as I really wanted the lamp. Another email was sent on the second dispatch date saying it would be delayed until 21 December. As I was having it delivered to my work address I had to contact MADE customer services to delay the delivery as we were closed over the holiday period. The representative told me they would arrange this and would also change my delivery address to my home address. Problem solved, or not. My package was still dispatched and still attempted delivery to my work address. I emailed customer services again when I received the out for delivery email from Hermes and have had no reply since then. Delivery was attempted on the 28 December, luckily my work place was open. Really disappointed and will never use MADE again.

Don't buy to them. Ordered a table + a bench to made. I have been able to use a -80€ coupon code to have an ok price since it's a 800€+ order The delivery of the bench has delayed 3 times from 1month (which was ok) to 2 months (start to be not ok) then 7 months (like what the hell) So i cancelled the order of the bench, they refunded me the bench price MINUS the coupon code and i'm not allowed to reorder anything else to keep the coupon. Basically, i'm getting screwed of 80€ because they delayed multiple time the delivery and the customer service is refusing to do anything about it, i even proposed to buy something of a similar price than the bench to keep the coupon, which they said "we cant do anything about it, bye" Never ever again.
