Their furniture looks lovely but it is shame that you never seem to actually receive it! I ordered a sofa last July and told 3 months for delivery - then when I checked in with them to see if they were still sticking to the date, they said it had been delayed for a further 3 months. My order had been saying it will be dispatched on 10/02/22, so I spoke to them today to make sure this was still the case, but it has now been delayed for another 2 months and that is not even guaranteed! If I had not contacted nearer the due dates (both times) then I would not have known about the delay. I understand that there are things out of their control but they don't even up date you. I have now spent thousands of £ on furniture with them, plus extra for a sofa to sit on whilst waiting because I could no longer sit on garden chairs, and I truly regret buying from now. Stick with DFS, etc.

I purchased a bed from Made.com that came with a 10 year warrantee. Despite the bed being rather expensive, it was poorly designed and extremely flimsy. The main issue is that the non-slip pads that come with the bed to keep it in position do not work on wood / laminate flooring and so the bed literally slides around like you're on ice. After a couple of months of this sliding action (Which literally happens when you roll over in the night. The entire bed shifts), the single (Yes single) support beam that runs across the length of the bed, cracked resulting in our mattress dipping in the middle. Good thing we have the ten year warrantee, right? WRONG. Made.com have ended their customer phone service. Even if you dig around to find a number to actually try and engage with a human being and possibly someone from management, you'll quickly find that they have disabled all phone lines. The only way you can speak to someone is via their live chat service on their website. I spoke to three people on separate occasions and my issue was ignored every time and instead, copy and paste answers that had almost no relevance to my issue came back to me. The odd thing is that this wasn't an automated service, I was talking to real people that were following a script, occasionally deviating from it when they could sense my frustration. They told me that they could not fix the bed directly, despite this being a new purchase. Instead, they would have to contact an independent repair company to first assess the bed to make sure we hadn't broken it through some means that would presumably invalidate the warrantee. Slightly concerning considering I had taken several images of the issue which was clear to see and sent then to the customer service rep. The only available appointment was more than 2 months away. And this appointment was for an evaluation, not a repair. This meant that it could potentially take an additional month to actually resolve the issue because they would need to order in replacement parts and only if this repair person deemed the damage to fall under the criteria of the warrantee. Two months went by and on the day of scheduled inspection, the company cancelled. I'm awaiting a new appointment, but in the mean my partner and I will have to remain on our damaged and overpriced bed, struggling to sleep. We're now approaching a point in which we've spent more time lying on the broken bed than the functional version. Since the repair company are supposedly independent, I suggested to the Made customer service rep that they simply find a different company to evaluate the item. I was told that they have a contract with this company so that wouldn't be possible. If they have a contract this company are clearly not independent! This is without doubt, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Made.com market themselves as a fairly premium company, manufacturing high-end products. In actual fact, they are progressively becoming more like a scam site and you're better off saving yourself the considerable expense and dealing with Ikea instead.

Ordered online furnitures for approx £2000. Many furnitures had small scratches which I ignored and accepted how it is. However x2 bedside tables arrived with extremely deep cuts and scraches. Also everything had delays. It takes over two months to arrive. Texted to customer service, they offer me 15£ discount. Absolutely joke.

I am writing to express the poor service I received when I emailed your customer service line on February 5th, 2022 with a consumer support agent Leila.   I had originally purchased a lamp on the 28th of December with an express dispatch within 2 days. We’ve never received the product and with this in mind we've tried to find out what's going on. So, I’ve contact couples of times the consumer support with no answer in our order but only that they've raised an issue for us. Since then I've contact online the customer support where we got informed that the lamp was not any more in stock. Regrettably after an hour of negotiation they cancel our item for full refund and as an apology where willing to offer us £5 voucher that obviously this is not reflect our time and the missing item. Where is still on the website saying that is dispatched on the 4th of January (a month ago). This offer was under our request to replace a full refund to us ( of the lamp, the delivery fee where paid multiple time in MADE.COM) & a replacement of a lamp of our preference. I feel like this was only fair. Where as the result we now we missed the sales for made and every other store we were appreciate compensation for this huge era. Especially given the amount we've spent with made.com & our time. Were hoping to find a solution.   I was greeted by a rather unprofessional employee. They kept on interrupting me, they were rude, and they offered no real solution to my problem even they said that they raised this to the manager. Lastly, they informed us that they will refund a partial amount of our delivery fee as in this order we had another items that also have their shipping charge. Just to point out here that those items where delayed as well.   If you truly value your customers, I highly suggest you teach your customer service representatives how to deal with people.

I ordered a bed on 10th of September...The delivery date has been changed 5 times. Still no sign of it. I'm willing to wait for decent products but 5 months is obscene. There is no end in sight. They just keep changing the date.

Placed an order 6/1/22 for glassware Took ages to arrive, when it did it was wrong The company wanted me to return etc for the sake of £20 and to air another 8 weeks for the correct product- unbelievable!!

Very poor products. Made >10 orders over the past year or so and most items arrived broken, bent, or did not arrive at all. Additional to the a sofa that has taken almost a year since ordering that still has not delivered.

Pleased enough with the final product, just a shame that it arrived more than a month after the promised delivery date. What makes it worse is the hideous customer service with no updates unless they are chased down several times, including those who promise to get back to you with updates and are clearly lying to get rid of you. Not what I’ve come to expect from MADE and I will seriously reconsider before buying from them again.

I bought a sofa last year in November and the dispatch was showing 9express 2-3 weeks) the order has been delayed till January, then after few days again delayed till 23 of February and the day before yesterday for the 3rd time delayed till 21 March. when I talked to customer Service wants to make complaint they said you will have a compensation of £25 or cancel your order ( after more than 9 weeks of waiting simply they asking to cancel) very rubbish customer service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The customer service at made.com is absolutely appalling. Do not buy from them!! Whilst their furniture looks beautiful, every order I have placed has resulted in issues. I ordered a wardrobe over a year ago and am still having problems with a sliding door that has broken glass. Despite their promises to replace, they haven’t and they are now ignoring every email I send. I am so disappointed

I placed an order for a bed that was scheduled to be dispatched in 5 working days. I received a dispatch confirmation and an email and message from ArrowXl their delivery partner that the delivery was scheduled for the 25th. On the the24th of January, I received a text saying the bed was to be delivered between 7 am-9 am. To avoid missing the delivery as I was unable to be home till 8, I rescheduled the delivery till Saturday the 29th. I received confirmation, and on the 28th, I received a text saying the delivery was confirmed for 7:30am to 9:30am on Saturday the 29th. I waited till 9:30am but no one came today the 29th of January, I contacted ArrowXL who informed me Made.com had cancelled the order a day before after close of business and to contact them. I contacted Made and spoke to Leila who said and I will quote " I've checked and see it was cancelled by the delivery company. Please accept my apologies for this issue. In 2-3 weeks the replacement can be sent if you wish. As an apology, I would like to refund you the shipping cost. Alternatively, we can cancel the order for full refund." This seems like premeditated fraud, Made.com received my order on the 18th of January over two weeks ago and advertised 5 day dispatch for delivery indicating the item was in stock. Where is the bed?????? The delivery was mysteriously cancelled by Made/ArrowXL less than 24hrs ago, so how is it that the bed has already disappeared and I have to wait 2-3 weeks for a bed I paid for, was dispatched and just hours away from delivery. I will be taking Legal actions against made.com if my bed is not delivered. Made.com needs to be investigated for falsefully advertising product availability to lure customers to pay for products that are not available. As a digital influencer who has spoken highly of Made.com products and used this company across my platforms, I will now take it upon myself to reveal Made.com as the fraud it is and I won't stop. This is all premeditated and my bed needs to be found. It is sickening that Made.com does not even identify it’s loyal customers and would still cheat them ( not like it is okay for any customer) after the bed, I have purchased a chair, a table and sets of plate. Prior to that, I have purchased multiple furniture items from this company, plant pots and many more. This can only end well IF MY BED IS DELIVERED AS SCHEDULED. AFTER READING COMMENTS HERE, A CLASS ACTION SUIT MAY BE THE BEST WAY FORWARD.

they promised 5-day shipment. 10 days later it is still in their warehouse and refuses to communicate with you on facebook unless you provide private details online.. still, no news from them and the rug has not been shipped yet. BAD customer service

Ridiculous promised despatch dates that just keep getting pushed further and further away. I’d waited weeks for a £3k delivery but they’d delivered part of it to the wrong address. Wouldn’t redirect. Said I’d have reorder. When they then told me the other part of the order wouldn’t be delivered until DECEMBER 2022- 14 MONTHS AFTER ID ORDERED THEM. I cancelled the order. All of the above is compounded by the fact it’s virtually impossible to contact them.

You guys are f*cking scam artists, misleading people with impossible dispatch dates, selling items that (maybe) will be delivered after 1 year. I hope you guys cease to operate ASAP, so less people can be fooled

Honestly the worst experience of an online retailer I’ve ever had. They lied about delivery dates, won’t reply to emails, chat or other messages. Ignored my request for a refund and have ghosted me. I am forced to take legal action. BEWARE!! Check out their social media comments before you buy to see how many people are being ripped off. Do not buy from made.com

On May 11 2021 I ordered a winerack with expected delivery between 10-12 weeks. Today (Jan 25th 2022) I am still waiting for it. I have repeatedly had to ask proactively for a status update after them missing the communicated delivery date without any further notice. As a 'gesture' I've received the delivery costs of €10 back. These are very often for free anyway. And today this very winerack I've been waiting for for over 8 months now is on sale on their website with delivery time between 2-3 weeks. Shoot me. Every single time I've bought something from this company delivery times have shifted dramatically and their customer service is the worst ever. But really. This will be the very last thing I buy with them.
