Reasons for saying this: Their customer service is very rude and unhelpful, they treat people like gambling scum... you send e-mail nobody respond..and then they asking document as if they are asking like your life story…they asked me for a payment method was six month ago… suddenly !!!!…that is, they been making play games six months.. i lost,i win,i deposit&withdraw money no thick…They say they are proud of their customer service, but no one cares or bothers to respond to the e-mails I send.
