“Right so I recieved my package 2 days after purchasing. It was £65 .On badr it was £99.99. So great bargain the quality is amazing and I loved it thanks for everything guys .”

“Ordered on the 3rd Feb at 2:00am and paid next day delivery at £6.99 because i needed it for the friday, didnt arrive until saturday late morning. Seller had ppsted it out royal mail 48 which is NOT next day. Messaged the seller numerous times and was ignored. Wanted a refund on the delivery i paid extra for.. And also had to pay for return postage because of their failure to send it right on time the first time. still not reply so had to contact Mauvais. This is still not resolved. How are these still in business after treating customers like this. Waste of time. AVOID.”

“Really appalling customer service, took weeks to reply after various attempts to get hold of them email facebook etc. Refused to take a return even though was a chrstmas present so couldn't possibly have sent back within the 14 days. All other companies offer an extended returns over Christmas so really disappointed, left with tracksuit bottoms that don't fit and well out of pocket, very annoyed”

“Very poor service, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company! I returned a parcel over a week ago and I’ve had no correspondence from anyone, I know my parcel has been delivered and returned because I have the tracking to prove it, I have countless emails to Avora London and Lost Rockstar and no one has replied or returned my email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! And I will be taking this further to get my refund.”
