“DO NOT USE. Used my debit card details to pay for a delivery of concrete absolutely nothing to do with me and now refusing to repay me until they get payment from correct customer. Absolutely shocking and have my bank on the case but beware about giving them your card details.”

“Great from start to finish.. arrived on time, gave a great service, cleaned up and definitely the cheapest around that I could find. Absolutely would recommend using!”

“Helpful staff over the phone even when we rescheduled delivery - twice! Great driver too - helped to barrow the concrete on site when vehicle access proved impossible. Highly recommended.”

“NO SHOW, DIDN'T TURN UP, CHARLIE - MANAGER STARTED LYING TO AVOID CIVIL CLAIM. I hope the management sees this and replies to my emails. 30/12/20 - 4 conversations with Charlie 12.30pm, 13.36, 13.58, 14.01 it was clearly agreed (on every call) 3m cube for 300£ CASH (Calls recorded on King C's phone system). arranged for 31/12/20 9am.Phone text sent to me to confirm) Note - Charlie please make sure that the truck is on time as I have hired 2 labourers specially just for the pour (floor). It's NYE they were expensive to hire. 31/12/20 - 4 conversations with Charlie 10.13am, 11.21, 11.52, 12.02 - 10.13 am Charlie - Truck is on it's way and will be at yours, 30 min. 11.21 - Charlie - Truck is around the corner, 30 min. 11.52 - Charlie - truck is round the corner 10 min. Instead of cash can you make a card payment (for same price) ME- yeah sure I ll call back back with details. Call back - 12.02 - Charlie - Sorry mate cant come now but don't worry I ll reschedule it for 2/1/21 9am. Hung up. (No conversation about card details). Phone text sent confirming reschedule. Sent an email - Me - why did you cancel last minute. I suffered a huge loss and my time scale has messed up, bricklayer cancelled etc. Charlie - Cause I asked for bank details, we never spoke about cash - ABSOLUTE LIE. (so how come you rescheduled it for the second time without card details again) Sent emails after and Charlie not replying at all. So if the management is reading this I urge you to please listen to all the calls (Charlie says all the calls are recorded) and reply to my emails before I make a CIVIL CLAIM. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND LIES ON TOP. Horrible Horrible attitude.”

“Mark has delivered us several tonnes of soil recently as we are having our garden re-landscaped. He delivered the soil safely and perfectly in our driveway placing the soil exactly where we wanted it so it could be moved by labourers. 10/10 great service and Mark is excellent.”

“This was the 3rd time we’ve used King concrete and as always they where on time, professional and on hand to answer any and all questions. On this occasion the concrete had to be pumped through our new extension, all I can say is the skill and care to detail the 2 lads who attended provided was exceptional. You get what you pay for and King Concrete are worth every penny. Thank you”

“We had Mark deliver us some topsoil and he was excellent! Placed it exactly where we needed it on the drive away! Super quick and easy!”

“First time using King Concrete and I can honestly say everything went to plan, pump arrived and set up driver was very polite and helpful, shortly after the concrete arrived and poured the concrete, we were a few cubic meters short I started to worry spoke to the office and this was sent out to finish the job in good time. Really pleased would recommend and I will use again. Thank you King Concrete.”

“Not sure who set this page up or their motives but have to say that the real King Concrete has been used by me for 23 years and have always provided excellent service. I suggest that everyone else leave a review on the correct page and let this one be deleted!”

“I would have given it less than 1 star if I could. Didn't turn up although booked 4 days previously. Couldn't care less attitude. Didn't phone, just said they were busy when I rang. Builders stood waiting which I had to pay regardless. Promised faithfully it would be there at 8 next morning then rang me last thing that afternoon so I couldn't get any concrete anywhere else and said they weren't coming next day as they were busy. I think it was done out of spite as i had complained to them about not turning up. What a horrible attitude from a horrible company. I understand you can buy 5 star reviews on the internet and I therefore wonder if all the 5 star reviews they have are real or bought. If you want reliability look elsewhere. BE WARNED.”

“I needed 3 cubic metres, at short notice, for a project in Croydon. King Concrete got to me within a couple of hours and I did a clean and tidy pour. Good price, too. Very happy.”
