I purchased a pair of shoes a year ago now, after so many calls to cancel a membership that I wasn't aware of ..they are now still taking money out monthly. when I asked about a refund, they denied taken any money from me, I put blocks with my bank company, trying to dispute the transactions but somehow they are getting away with taking £140 from my account.

Ordered on the £15 VIP offer advertised, boots were nothing like the advert, poor quality and shapeless. I was contacted after leaving a comment regarding my disappointment on their advert. I replied to the company regarding returning my Poor quality boots and shoes twice but heard nothing. Difficult returns procedure if not computer minded.
Then to top it off they take £44.95 a month automatically from your account for a vip member you’ve been totally been blind sided into. After reading more in-depth tonight they give it to you as a credit in their website when you can spend £35 of it! 🤣 then postage is only free when you spend over this amount!
Total joke what an utter disgrace fooling people like this then expecting they should’ve read the small print, you’ve done it this way in order to trick! Advertising you can order any footwear £15 on your first order, then pay for it every month without the customer even realising!
Here’s my order number 1301868642 for my previous order I sent back and got a credit. This should’ve ruled out my order totally. I want my £44.95 back and this devious monthly thing cancelled, you’ve not even put a straight forward way to cancel it, call or write a letter!
Gross company, in the bad review below you mentioned to the lady if you had put details you would be in touch, that’s my order number above I expect a refund.

“Avoid this company at all cost it’s a scam to get you to sign up to a VIP membership and they take £50 out of your bank each month for products that don’t ever arrive.The phone number for customer service is useless and they keep telling you that their system is down and can’t look at your account so just run for the hills and read all the reviews on here and especially trust pilot”
“I would not recommend this company at all. I bought some items from them which were ok but decided to cancel membership. What’s a disaster they have lost my login detail gave no detail if me on their system other than my bank details which they are happy to continue to take money out of my bank account on a monthly basis which I can’t cancel as they don’t recognise my login detail. Customer services such a joke totally unhelpful. Have now spoken to my bank to see if I can cancel from their end so fingers crossed. “I ordered two pairs of shoes and I literally did NOT get the one I ordered for one. Apparently they ran out of the product and without any consent or notice they sent another cheaper type shoe. I couldn’t get a refund and I was disappointed.
The shoe quality was subpar for the cost; I worn the ones they sent a few times but, I absolutely didn’t like the shoes. It’s just sitting in my closet now. The method to deactivate your account is so tedious as well. You have to go through customer service and the wait time is long. The customer service representative was nice, but I never was able to get my problem fixed. First purchase went terrible, not buying here again.”
“Just fab is just another rip off. Cant believe I fell for the lies. I purchased a pair of boots almost a month ago. Hermes so called delivered without any warning. Yes I have their app, and have never had s problem with the. When I contacted justfsb, they said they would send me another pair. That didn't happen. When I requested a refund, they said it would happen 5-7 days. Still waiting. All just empty promises and daylight robbery. A site that should be shut down.”
“I wish I could give this company zero stars I’ve just been on hold on the phone to them for over an hour trying to cancel my account as I didn’t realise that when I went through as a VIP member that they charge you £35 to your account every month. They do not tell you this when you are signing up you only realise it when you look into your bank and see that they have taken your money and when you phone them they do everything in their power to make sure that you do not cancel your membership and you do not get a refund. I was told by my advisor the refunds weren’t possible as it had already been converted into credit for my Account and when I asked multiple times for a refund I was refused and said that it was not possible. It was only when I asked to speak to someone higher and request a refund that I was told that a refund was possible. They will do everything they can to make sure you don’t cancel your account and that you don’t get a refund do not except this keep going until you get your refund. I could understand if the company had said during checkout as a VIP member that you would be charged £35 each month however when you check out to shop they do not tell you this they do not tell you that you’ll be charged at £35 each month and don’t tell you that you’ve signed up for this it’s only when you find out a month later check your bank statements and realise £35 has gone missing that you have to look it up on their website and realise that you’ve been scammed.
Definitely do not purchase from here and if you do make sure that you check out as a guest and pay full price rather than the VIP membership price as this will stop you from getting this £35 charge to your card each month. I understand that on the phone these people are told to do whatever they can to keep you as a member and they are only doing their job however when I was refused a refund for times that was not just doing their job, that was unnecessary. I can see why people would automatically think that you can’t get a refund please do not be swayed by this and asked to speak to someone higher than them to get a refund and then they will automatically give up and tell you that a refund is possible.”

“It was not made clear at all that by purchasing a pair of boots, I was actually signing up to become a member which resulted in £35 being taken from my account each month without me noticing. The money is not taken out via direct debit so you can't even stop the payments through your bank - you have to go through JustFab's customer services. Before I cancelled my membership, I used the money they stole from me on some of their clothes (as I wasn't getting my money back any other way) and I am so shocked at how poorly made they are. One pair of boots were visibly different sizes despite both being labelled 'size 6' on the sole.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING MONEY STOLEN FROM YOU EACH MONTH AND LIKE RECEIVING POOR QUALITY, OVERPRICED CLOTHING.”
