Delivery took so much longer than the website stated when I ordered and I kept having to chase it up myself and got constantly fobbed off with poor excuses. 3 weeks after ordering, the product arrived and was not what it showed on the website at all. I then incurred extortionate postage costs to return item and then had to wait a further 3 weeks for a refund. Communication throughout was very poor.”

Just artificial also expediated delivery to ensure delivery in time for a birthday gift. ( delay initially due to ad weather) Packaging could be greatly improved with nicer wrapping or boxed please.”

“My two baytrees arrived sqashed together in a broken cardboard box with leaves broken. I was promised a replacement that never arrived. Over two months later, I finally got refunded after much trouble and endless e-mails.I would NEVER deal with this company again.”

“Really well made and a good size. I chose the multicoloured one which had £10 off but I find it a bit too bright, I feel it would look more realistic with some muted colours as well, however it does cheer the wall up and looks realistic from a distance. I had to wait a couple of days for it to be made which was fine but I find the postage cost off putting to buy another, it doesn't warrant the £7 ish that it cost me.”
