“I've been ordering from Just Artificial for quite a while now. as an interior stylist my job involves a lot of different themes and looks and Just artificial has a fantastic wide range of plants and tree's etc that can be used. It is my number one go to site when looking to style venues and spaces. I definetly recommend them as they always have plenty of stock available”

“The plant spray arrived very quickly and despite not having used it yet it seems to be perfect for our artificial plants. Ther spray we have always used is no longer made but this seems like a perfect substitute. Ther price is competitive and the large can will probably outlive us!”

Good afternoon, thank you for your review. We are grateful for your honest feedback, I'm sorry that the box arrived like that. We'll take this into consideration going forwards. We use Royal Mail for standard delivery too but unfortunately, a lot of the time, the parcel is too large for them to take.

“Item delivered was not the same colour as pictured on their website, it clearly shows pink and red geraniums in the hanging basket but mine that arrived are all red flowers. Very disappointed with my purchase I will not order from this company again. Beware if you order the cone hanging basket. UPDATE I Have now reviewed my review given and upgraded it to a 5* review due to the fact that Dylan from customer care at Just Artificial couldn’t of been more helpful, he sent me out pink geraniums for me to put in my hanging basket they arrived today very promptly, it’s all about the customer service and how they deal with the problem, 10/10 for me thank you Dylan one happy customer.”

“Delivery was fine, what I ordered I was later told was out of stock, very quick response via e-mail to sort out issue however plants I received where not the best of quality for the cost”

“Unable to provide the plant I wanted despite it saying it was in stock on the website. Although I was offered alternatives none were right and so I requested my order be cancelled. I was advised that the refund may take 14 working days. I thought this was a long time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After the 14 working days passed and with no sign of the refund or communication from Just Artificial, I chased up and was told it would be done in a couple of days...one week later still no refund. It's now over a month since my order was cancelled and they don't seem to be any closer to refunding me the money.”

“Plant arrived in good condition, very realistic with good packaging. Took a long time to arrive, this was mainly down to Evri and not Just Artificial and it is a very busy time of year. Overall, very pleased.”

I ordered a fortnight in advance of the date I needed the items for - I chased up my order after a week because I hadn't heard anything and it turned out one item was out of stock, so I chose a different item and it was then dispatched that same day, arriving one day before I needed it.”
