Either the courses I took were poorly configured, or the environment is deliberately user-hostile. If you're choosing a training platform you would like your employees to engage with and learn from, I would recommend against this one.

Far too long to use, 28 videos and then question is far to long to use for training , I won't use this again

Though the talent was skilled, their delivered material was neither brief nor concise. At more than one point, within a video, hairstyles change within 10 seconds. Special off-cases would only be helpful when preparing for a legal assignment. All in all, seemed clumsy and unrefined.

Given the wrong information during the electrical safety all information is from when regulations changed in 2006 the issue with that is not all buildings are upto date someone will get hurt?

the Setting Goals training course is awful seems like it was made for kindergarten age group rather than working adults

what's the point. emailing telling me to complete the course but won't let me start the course, waste of my time and effort trying to even start the programme.have to complete course to allow me to use a computer .looks like I'm out of work now then.

This is a company that does not listen and emails a persons without consent. Even when a person has requested there removal from their lists!!! It is a firm that offers on line manual handling training which should be a face to face training if it has any real relevance. On line training needs to consider the subject matter.

I completed Safeguarding Adult level 2 course. 85% of the content was just a common sense. There should have been an option to skip the easy bits and to take the test at any time during the course. That is why it was frustrating at most of the time. I am sure I would have passed the test without even watching a single video out of 43 where I had to watch all. Waste of my valuable time. I had to complete it as a volunteer of my charity organisation. This makes me think again whether to continue my voluntery work or not.

Load of rubbish.. They start by saying you have access to a free course .. But you don't.. You find that out after giving these people a lot of your information..

I found the course to be incredibly basic, perhaps someone who has never worked in an office should be the target audience Considering the material covered it was also probably 3 x longer than it needed to be

Two possible problems: 1. It seems that to review a section of the course results in having to go through the whole course again. I asked iHasco about this, and was surprised to find that a score and certificate was available before I thought had completed the course - hence the second possible problem. The support assistant seemed a little too rushed to assist. 2. I'm not sure the on line course I followed functions properly. I have asked iHasco to examine why my score and certificate were available before I had finished answering the questions at the end of the course.

For me, it would be more useful to be provided with the transcript/reading material and diagrams rather than a video. The sound on my laptop doesnt work therefore the videos weren't helpful. I think it would be better to provide people with the option of watching or reading.
