“I went into the Paisley branch today. I was greeted by a lovely cheery lady called Evelyn. I told her how tired I was. I picked up the 100 dose tablets of B12 as I was so tired and didn't know there was a stronger dose. She recommended the 1000 dose tablets. This was so thoughtful of her. Good job Evelyn!”

“Ordered on the 6/8/21 due in 3-5 days or delivered by the 12th, now the 16th and they haven’t even bothered responding to my emails daily from the 12/8/21…… seems they sell product on offer they don’t actually honour, they hold your money for 10 days make interest on the 1000’s of pounds of interest on everybody’s money before refunding saying items out of stock!!!!! My order was placed within seconds of the product being listed

“Placed order on the Wednesday, which should have been delivered within 3-5 working days. Finally on Saturday the parcel arrived with Hermes, but then no update on Hermes website since 7:04 on Sunday morning. Emailed Holland and Barrett on Monday as I suspected the parcel had been trashed or lost by Hermes, but three days later no reply to my email and the Hermes tracking is still stuck at 7:04 on Sunday morning. Rang Holland and Barrett today who said they would have to wait 48 hours for Hermes to get back to them to let them know what had happened to the parcel, despite the fact that they are the sender! I asked for a refund as the parcel had not arrived in time and most likely was never going to arrive, but was told that I had to wait until Holland and Barrett heard from Hermes before they could issue a refund! Absolutely appalling service from Holland and Barrett who waited three days before even despatching the order and then chose to use a courier known for its appalling record, rather than a decent one that would have actually DELIVERED the parcel to me. Never again will I order from Holland and Barrett or shop in one of your stores. I don't care what the special offer on your stock is, its not worth it if the items never actually turn up! In future I'll buy from a company that bothers to supply the goods.”

“Dartford branch have never dealt with such a rude assistant the third time we have experienced her rudeness. Today the door is open but as it is near closing time she goes we are closed. When I said she was supposed to provide health care if door open told me she was a retail shop. If this is so why were you allowed to open in lock down. Door is often shut during normal working day saying back in 10 minutes which then becomes 30 minutes. She is often on the phone ignoring customers . How do Holland and Barrett carry on employing such a pathetic member of staff.

“Next day delivery is actually a 2-day delivery second time in a row now. At checkout says next day, date confirmed as next day, but AFTER PAYMENT confirmation email says 2 days. This is misleading of customers, a straight out lie and completely unacceptable.”

“I’m kicking myself for ordering again online from H&B as I had forgotten how rubbish they are at prompt delivery, inaccurate info regarding delivery status, and non existent response to emails. After receiving no order updates 5 days after ordering I called and was told it would arrive today which has not happened. Zero communication as to why or where my order is. Am pretty frustrated as these are products I need. I’ll never order online from them again. Definitely not worth the hassle. Not entirely sure why they think this is acceptable service unless H&D are so inundated with orders they dont care if they loose customers.”
“For years I’ve done my H&B shopping online with no issues. However, in my last few orders packaging on at least one of my items has been ripped meaning that as i unpacked my delivery, seeds or nuts scattered all over my floor. I’ve therefore started using another supplier.”
