“I want to express my gratitude to the guards of the Harry Potter store. During the school holidays I was with the children, one of my children has special needs, my children do not stand in line. My youngest son started crying, a security guard came up to us and helped us get into the store without a queue, make my son so happy. Helped take photos. The male security guard made my day. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the guard. This is a man with gray hair. Tell him Thank you dear guard. Looking forward to next visit to your magical store.”
“Regular staff were great, really helped us out. The people in charge didn't seem to know what they were doing and when walking past made comments about staff and laughed with eachother”
