“The watch is fine and the shipping prompt and trouble free. Sadly, the packaging was less than effective and the watch box was damaged and scuffed or I’d have given 5 stars. Cheap Jiffy bags should be banned.”

“Ordered a twin pack of silver cleaning. Received a single tub in a bubblewrap envelope which severely turn with the product visible and unprotected. Emailed seller who promptly dispatched second tub with apologies and asked for photos of wrapping I sent what I could due to limited capacity for photos on return site. Happy with outcome.”

“The Sekonda watch I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition, alas the strap (bracelet) was far too short to fit my wrist, which was a surprise as I have always ended up removing excess links from a strap, although I've not had a Sekonda before - I was advised by GB Watch Shop that Sekonda bracelets are always of this size, therefore I will be returning the watch and looking to other brands next time.”

“Great product, great price, swiftly received. Taking one star away because was sent slightly different product than one ordered, but really was a happy accident: I liked the wrong one more than the one I ordered, and wrong one wasn't available on website.
