“I ordered a watch for my partner and it was dispatched very quickly. On receiving the watch the parcel had been very badly damaged in transit with Royal Mail and the watch in pieces. I emailed GB Watch Shop and received a quick response from Scott to advise he had shipped a replacement and advised how to send the damaged watch back. Overall the customer service was brilliant and the product is perfect for my partner!”
