“I bought several items in December 2020. The outdoor items - Richmond Bench and Fulbrook mirror were put outside in May 2021. Within 14 months they are full of rust which is unrepairable.
I contacted customer services and Nicole replied 'As these items are over 12 months old we have no obligation to replace them. Metal outdoor items would rust over time due to the natural weather elements.'
It is not unreasonable to expect outdoor furniture and mirrors to last longer than 14 months. They are still selling both items.”
“I attempted to replace a defective item (garden hose) under warranty and was told I could only return within the 14 day period after purchase. The fault developed months after purchase and this is covered under the 'defective item' element of their T&Cs. Even when I pointed this out to them, they still would not accept or offer a refund/replacement. I have bought many items from them in the past but will not be in future as they do not follow their own T&Cs.”
