“I would rate a 0 if I could, I ordered a card for my partners birthday it said it would turn up before her birthday on the 16th of October I’m still waiting for my order. It’s now the 21st and I’ve still not received my cards, I emailed them asking for a refund as there is not point them sending a replacement and they said “as a good will gesture they’ll send me a replacement” a replacement for 2 cards is paid for is not a good will gesture! They still refuse to give me a refund I will not be using this crappy company again i insist you go elsewhere!”

“Ordered two cards it said they had been sent then 2 weeks later my money was refunded and I found out they hadn’t been sent, the excuse was they’ve had issues along the lines of hacking, thing is the person receiving the cards said they had told her the same thing and let her down a few months ago. It seems they use this excuse a lot. Definitely won’t be using funky pigeon again and I only gave it one star because I had to. Rubbish service!”

“Cancelled all orders that were made before they got hacked. Claimed to have issued refunds but its been 8 days since they said that and still no refund. Every time make contact with them to ask why still no refund they just ignore the question with a copy and paste reply.

“After ordering a personalised card which was the large size and paying express postage ,price came to over 20 Euro I still have not received my order.I was told a second card would be sent out the following day and needless to say didn't receive it either.Absolutely none acceptable service from a company that portrays to offer a good efficient service.
Unreliable company will never order from them again
