Old/ seconds stock, boxes always damaged and dirty, scents are weak, really unhappy with my last purchase and I have emailed to state this but I got a reply saying sorry we havnt replied yet we are busy, that's probably due to all the complaints! I bought 2 chanel items for £320 one being the pure perfume that is weak compared to the edge and the second the body creme where the scent is almost non- existent, there was no spatula with the creme and there should have been, old stock ? Faulted? Damaged? That's why they sell cheap, but that price difference is reflected in the product,

The worst online experience ever. Feelunique is going to be a nightmare to anyone who cares about their little money. I recently shopped from thier app. And got my 2 items almost with empty and unsealed. The packaging is very cheap though. And the box was already open. While shopping they allow me to chose a free gift which made me more curious but I got nothing nor even a piece of paper. I made a complain and asked refund or return they was treating me like I'm a kid after so many days now they are saying we don't have return policy for your country. I mean seriously? They was saying to me from so many days wait until we fix your issue now they are saying don't worry we will give you 10% off for your next purchase. And wasted my 358 riyals with thier damage products I will never ever suggest for this website.

Warning: duty tax will be added and very long delivery to expect I placed an order on the 19th of January but it did not arrive until the 25th of February and in addition I had to pay SEK 180 to the customs, which means that the make-up I bought actually became more expensive than at home or in the store. I got in touch with Feelunique after about 2-3 weeks and asked for my order but got no other answer than "sorry about the delay, we are working to get your order sent"

Unbelievably extremely Bad service. I Made large order 24th december. Received information it is despached and regarding this Covid situation there are severe delays expected. Then again another emails warning about delays. OK. When I have been waited 59 days for my order I write them asking about my order, where is it. They replied wait more becouse of delays, I wrote again - for how long should I wait before ring a Bell for missing order, they replaid again - wait more. I asked third Time - hello, it is been more than Two Months now. This Time they replied that is too Late to claim missing order and I should read their policy. THEN WHY THE HEL they send emails contained information about delays and plea to be patient if their keep policy to reject claim for missing orders if it is not on Time!?! First days they say wait more and NEXT day - it is too Late. Unbelievable!!! People - be aware, this is extremely Bad client service!!!!

This is by far the worst experience I had buying online and trust me, I buy online A LOT. I placed an order on 30th january, it was shipped on 2nd feb. I waited 21 days to report it as not received (as advised). I ordered for over 120 euros of items, because there was a special offer going on and I was supposed to receive a gift bag worth over 120 euros for free. I didn't plan to spend this much, but it was worth it for the free gift bag (some great items inside). After I reported my order as not received I right away received an email saying that they re-shipped the order but without the free gift back because it was out of stock. So basically I spent over 120 euros for nothing!! I would have prefered to be offered an option to just cancel the order and get my money back, It was not worth it without the free gift bag. I am pretty sure they did this with a lot of people, got a lot of orders from people hoping to get the free bag, and then just remove it from the order. SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Dont buy from them, or risk being scammed.

I ordered items in the boxing day sales, still had not received by the 16th January, I contact them and suspiciously then get a despatch email the same day but no reply email to my query. It's now the 29th January and I still have not received anything, delivery company Yodel said they had not received anything from feel unique. I contact the company and they now say its lost in the post and i can ask for replacement items.. half the items are out of stock!!! The site doesn't work when you try and ask for a refund, just shocking experience. I sent out 5 emails in total, only got a reply to one.

I purchased an item on Black Friday, over one month ago. I emailed them a couple of weeks ago to follow up as I still have not received my item. I got a response saying to wait 21 days after it was sent out on December 4th. I emailed three times after the 21 days and they have ignored my emails. All I want is my money back. I can confirm that they are a scam company.

I ordered a pommade and a brow silk & brush on Nov. 23, 2020, and still haven’t received it. I asked them multiple times to either return me my money or explain why is my order still not delivered, and the only thing they said is to wait more. I’ll never ever buy from here and won’t recommend anyone else to do so too.

I was tricked. feel unique had a promotion: buy something for 140 € and receive a beauty bag, ten they didn't send it saying it does not work in Europe, but when I checked out it was there, I feel that they used the promotion to attract customers but do not keep their promises, they don't add samples, I would definitely not recommend buying there!!

Stated in 2 places on their website ' Free delivery to South Africa. Feelunique denied this, changed the statement to 'Tracked delivery to South Africa' and upon being showed photographic evidence to the contrary chose silence. Absolutely appalling!!

I bought 4 products, received only 2. After many complaints I got an incorrect refund, there’s money missing. I’m already complaining for almost one month and I still didn’t get the correct refund. Will never, ever buy anything from this company again, first and last time. Terrible costumer service and thefts.

Very bad experience! When you receive the confirmation email it is mentioned a delivery time of "3-10 working days". You wait 10 days, the order is not delivered and if you contact them the answer is that you need to wait 21 days. Of course the reason is COVID, even though it is not mentioned in the confirmation email They have a table with updates regarding the COVID situation, where again, normal delays are mentioned, nothing about those 21 days. I ordered cosmetics, therefore, it is clear that having a transition period of 21 days for cosmetic might alter the product. Don't order!

Don’t order from here their delivery service is not even trying to deliver. With the current circumstances I was not bothered about a quick delivery and was happy to wait, however, three days running their Yodel delivery service have said they have tried to deliver my purchase. I am currently at home every day, all day and no one has even attempted to ring the entry system. Today I tracked the delivery right up to the one before mine, went down to the car park to meet it and no one was their. Update on my delivery said again tried to deliver the package but could not access. Someone’s being took on here. Please refund my money or sort your delivery out.

Very dissapointed in there customer care. I made a order over £100 so I could receive the free beauty bag, I didn't receive my order so they resent it out and was told I would still receive the free beauty bag,. Still not recieved my beauty bag now saying I won't be receiving it. Will never order from them again

KEEP AWAY AT ALL COST! They supplied a FAKE perfume!!!! I contacted customer services and they told me to contact the brand! My contract is not with the brand but with them. They are in breach of the contract and are refusing to do anything about it! THIS COMPANY IS A CON!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

You are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Refusing to refund me for a product that you mistakenly shipped to me. The item was never used, the packaging was not open, it was sent back with all of the original packaging and cellophane intact. You are a scam. I will report you to the BBB here in the States and I will review you on every platform available. Still no refund!

On 10-12-2019 i placed an order with Feel unique.com. totalling 45 pounds. which I was told would be delivered by tracked delivery. when my package hadnt arrived i began to worry as it was a christmas gift. I contacted the company who informed me they would send a new one as my package had got lost in the postal system!! this was now on the 21st of December and of course would not be here in time for christmas, I was not offered a refund from them firstly. I was then contacted by their currier company on the 30th of the 12th to say my package was on the way , with some tracking info. by the 2nd of January it still had not arrived, I contacted the contact again who seemed very un interested, they kept say sorry for ""inconvenience "" on the 3rd January I got notice of delivery, but i had got no delivery to my address, when i tracked the parcel it says it was delivered to a different address! I've contacted the company but they say it was delivered to me, but there is no signature captured for it and I didnt get it. Ive asked for a refund because im trying to deal with this for over a month now and Ive paid out 45 pounds and got nothing im return. im so frustrated , and now the company Feel unique.com are not responding to any of my e mails.
