“I ordered a hoodie for my daughter for Christmas. There was a bit of a delay, but I contacted the Customer support team and they sorted it out immediately (It was a supply problem,owing to Covid) and upgraded delivery to next day, free of charge. My daughter is absolutely delighted with her hoodie! Excellent customer service.”

“When I first received my hoodie I loved it but very quickly it has become bobbly with lots of loose threads. This is after only 1 wash (not tumble dried) so I don’t believe it is worth the £39.99 price tag. Very disappointing ☹️”

“I love the clothes from Elsie's Attic - especially during lockdown as they look great and are comfortable. The quality can be a little hit and miss - sometimes seams aren't finished properly and I did have one top arrive with a hole in it which was a shame.”
