“I do a weekly click and collect from Tesco and have always raised a small amount for an animal rescue. All of a sudden I have ordered in the same correct way and for the last couple of months no small amount of money has been forthcoming. I filled in a request to look into it and have heard absolutely nothing. I will be giving up using which is a shame for the animal sanctuary.”
“As a charity we are not getting the donations they are either pending or declined, customer service just end out a generated response and don’t answer complaint, we have decided to move our charity to another site”
“Defo scam, ive had at least 100 transactions not pay to our cause. I genuinely believe these are ripping people off. This needs looking in to. If it was 1 or 2 I'd understand, glitch etc, but hundreds not paying out. Total fraud. Ive raised £350 so far too.”
“Very frustrating as it’s a very good idea. Small donations appear almost immediately but bigger transactions don’t show up. I have raised several queries and written to customer service. Customer service is non existent. Not helpful at any point. Queries worth 2p have been accepted but the rest ignored. It was going well until I used it almost daily. Then donations didn’t make it. Huge disappointment”

“I bought bikes for my Grandsons at a total cost of £455 :00 and provided all evidence but never was paid out . The customer service team keep saying it can take 6 months to pay the charity . Well one bought in Nov 2010 and the other March 2022 will certainly not go through their website again . Charity received nothing . Obviously it is a scam .”
“At the moment I’m scoring three stars just because it’s been very difficult in dealing with customer services and tracking donations easily and effectively and the messing around re no Donations for anything in your basket already - really hard that as I drop things in my basket over a week then checkout once a week. Time effective way of managing purchases online - same with Amazon. So easy fundraising needs sharpen up in that way. I love the new way to track donations re ticking the heart when you’ve seen them to acknowledge them. Annoyed at missing donations due to somehow clicking out of easyfundraising before a transaction completes this loses the donation - it’s done it many times but how much time in your life do you have to chase this stuff - donations are not that huge anyways - I support a small not for profit - most of our supporters can’t be bothered with the double log in required to get to their retailer - they hate the fact that they need to search for a product then go log in to easyfundraising then see if the retailer is in easyfundraising portal - often not - but if it is then you have to do the whole shop/search again - painful way to shop - they all forget or skip the easyfubdraising log on mostly as the IT friendly users don’t use laptops now just phones so couldn’t get the reminder - new reminded is ok but fails to pop up every search ?????”
“Please be aware of this "fundraising". It raises to your cause only small amount of money, any bigger ones are disappears.
I have raised several of the claims and and all of them have been declined.
This "fundraising" organisation should be reported as a fraud.”

Just closed my account. They have updated their T&C's to state that any money that cannot be paid to a third party's can be kept and used for any purpose they deem fit.
This is scandalous. Any breakage (money that cannot be paid) should go to charity... FULL STOP! Anything else is extremely questionable and bordering on being sleazy, especially 'or for its internal business purposes (including retaining the funds).' !!!!
25. Interpretation: For the purposes of this Section D, the right to ”re-appropriate funds” shall mean the right for Easyfundraising to use or apply the relevant monies as Easyfundraising determines in its sole discretion including, without limitation, making donations to other Good Causes, funding prizes, enhancing other Donations, undertaking marketing or promotional activities, or for its internal business purposes (including retaining the funds).”
“Just an affiliate money-making scheme hiding behind a 'charity' guise. Surely far better ways for charities and organisations to raise funds and receive 100% of the funds. Poor to pay out to the charities that actually need the funds and impossible for a charity to prove the funds they should have received.”

“Been using this for a while and it’s been very good until the last few weeks. I make sure I follow all the donation rules to each and every shop I buy from. Empty the basket and clear cookies before shopping. Click through the easy fundraising app to the retailer. Do not use vouchers etc.
Still have loads of missing donations. I have sent off loads of missing donation requests and it’s such a long slow drawn out process. Got a reply back about one missing donation and it said it may take up to 70 odd days to sort out.
If it does not improve I will remove the app. Such a shame as it’s great raising money for charity.”
