“I ordered 24 bottles of champagne for a family celebration. I paid in full for the them at the time or ordering and received a confirmation of the order. The price was very competitive but slightly more than I had paid at Xmas. They subsequently called me to say they were not going to fulfill my order as it was a price error due to some-one in the IT team altering the price ????? Really??? The lady on the phone would not discuss the matter saying they would not honour the order as the cost to them was too much. When I asked to speak to her manager or custom service she stated she was the only person I could talk to and there was nothing more to be said. Eventually I spoke to some-one who repeated they were not going to fulfill the order nor compensate me other than to refund monies paid. They ended the call by sarcastically wishing me a nice day. Cheers matey or not in this case....”
“Ordered a bottle of espresso Bailey's. It came, past sell by date by 6 months. Significant because it's cream. Called them up. They said someone would pick it up today. No one came. I'd already sent proof pictures of sell by date etc via the link. But, the link it seems doesn't work. So another date has been arranged for them to have the bottle back! So it looks like they will try to sell it on thinking that noone bothers looking. They also pretend to be 😯. It's fake because aim reading loads of reviews with the same problem. Do not waste your money. They should have refunded me. But no, we need that out of date booze back! Greedy company.”
“Terrible customer service with a lack of focus on the service. Ripping off customers and delivering out of date or not the products ordered. When chasing, you get a sorry we cannot help as you do not have proof packaging excuse. Without a piece of paper they cannot check their stock levels, a piece of paper that is produced by a machine! Freebies also not delivered and those that are broken due to insufficient packaging!”
“Ordered a bottle of Apple Pie Baileys for my daughter for Christmas this year when the bottle arrived it was 5 months out of date I got a refund for the bottle only as it wasn’t my fault I expected this company to refund the postage aswell as I paid postage at the beginning and then paid again to send it back but no gesture of good will won’t be ordering from them again”
“Very slow response time for customer service, and not quick shipping...took 2 days for them to process my order, then another full day after the label was printed from when they gave it to FedEx.

“I brought a bottle of johnnie Walker gold they sent the wrong whiskey so they sent another also wrong so i sent both back for a refund they said on return they would not refund me as both bottles had been opened and drank NOT BY ME think it was there wearhouse me after being told off for sending 2 wrong orders out

“Just not good enough. Ordered some cocktails for a party as I had been given a promo code to use, everything showing in stock on the website but then I get a call an HOUR after it was supposed to have been despatched to say they "discovered" they don't have stock.
Even today the stock shows as being there on their website - absolutely shoddy, no way I'd use these people if I had an urgent or specific need.”
