“My dealings with the CFA are poor, for a company that manages processes and standards, I believe an internal look at the company is needed Very slow to respond to reply to their emails with answers on most cases there is no response a certificate without a signature?”

“The process is easy to navigate, and you deal with real people, not robots. The assessor we have been allocated - Gabrielle - is very approachable and will explain issues to you in an easy to understand way. All in all, makes the process straight forward.”
