“I WAS WORKING NIGHTS,SO CAULD GET TO THE STORE ON EXCHANGE WALK,I RANG ALEX,ANSWER THE PHONE,SAID IT WASNO PROB,SHE CAULD KEEP THEM FOR ME TILL SAT,AS O. WAS ONNIGHTS SHE WAS SO KIND ON THE PHONE,AS I KNOW I REALLY CAULD GET TO TOWN,SHE DEFO WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME X I WAS JUST SO HAPPY,SHES ASPECIAL PERSON AND I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAYTHANK YOUXB”

“I visited Hatfield Card Factory this morning and was so happy with my visit. Tracey and Shreen the 2 staff members were so welcoming and helpful, what a positive experience, from picking my balloons to picking ribbon n colour. Very happy, thank you team at Hatfield.”

“I was in the Allestree branch in Derby during the week, the assistant Jackie was so helpful I use a walking stick and was struggling a little at the till but Jackie came from behind the counter and helped me out she found other products I'd wanted but couldn't find she was such a helpful and pleasant lady .”

“Karen and the staff at the Card Factory Argyle Street. Glasgow are the most pleasant, helpful ladies. Nothing is a problem and they go the extra mile to help you find the perfect cards you are looking for.Even at the busiest time like Christmas, Mothers day, fathers day etc no problem They are a credit to the company, keep up the good work.
