“Great selection of colours chosen by them to coordinate with my little girls room. Great product would defo order again. Not 5 stars just because several of the balls didn’t have slits in so had to cut myself but wasn’t difficult with a Stanley knife.”

“Nice presentation and colours are lovely. Think the 'tax' should be included in the price and not added on at the end. Also it would have been nice to get a plug included on the price.”

“These are a step above the usual fairy light and I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for that little bit extra - vibrant colours and a beautiful design. Only downsides are that they're a USB port as standard with a surcharge for the plug, which feels a bit steep given the min. spend is £25 for the smallest set. Also quite fiddly to assemble the lights yourself upon delivery, but it was worth it for how lovely they look.”

“Clearer instructions needed to screw the bulbs right in. We were worried about breaking them and thought some weren’t working. Free spare wouldn’t be a bad idea and where to order replacements when they do go”

“Got the led cable very quickly, but then got a 2nd one a week later. I phoned and it was all explained and I drive to Hove to return one of the packages.”

“They are beautiful , but it feels like the plug head could have been included for that price instead of having to buy it separately. Also some stickers to put them on the wall would be great.”

Dear Anon, Thank you for taking the time to post a review - we are really glad you think the lights are beautiful. A lot of our customers already have spare mobile phone chargers which can also be used to plug the usb port into a wall socket so we do not include a separate plug as well. I hope you were able to source one okay. You can also buy command clips to attach the lights to the walls via Amazon, as we are temporarily out of stock of them. “Very prompt delivery but the box had been damaged in transit which dented the contents (fairy lights) but I was able to push them back in to shape so did not contact yourselves.”

“Bought a set from Brighton about 18 months ago, we had only just started using them in our new home, sadly less than 2 months later they stopped working, rather than buy new bulbs I bought a cable replacement which are now LED, so in the end the set ended up costing about £55 which is a lot of money for lights but I do love them.”

“Love the final product BUT communication was minimal. I never received information about my order (not even a confirmation!) and nothing about shipping. I received the email requesting feedback long before I received the product. Love the lights and would order again but hope for better communication next time.”
