Dear Edwin I'm sorry you feel this way about our customer service but we only received two emails from you, First email was notification of the order you placed, the second email nobody could make sense of it, The order you placed Saturday 12th Jan was sent out Monday 14th Jan as per your request "standard post (USA) tracking not available)" Other customers from the USA have advised that is takes 3-4 weeks for this service Sorry for any inconvenience Bearing King Team

NUL Commande passée le 21/12/2018 débit carte bleue le 22/12/2018 à ce jour rien reçu malgré des relances sans réponse. Ne pas commander chez eux.

Ordered a power gates belt drive to be delivered to Malaysia on the 5th of December 2018. I was not informed that there would be no tracking number. I quote from their email "Unfortunately, you chose a delivery option where tracking is not available". If there was an option to pay for such option, I would have opted for so. International deliveries must always be tracked. It is now 10th January 2019 and the order has not arrived. The parcel was not delivered with a tracking number (which in this day and age is probably unthinkable). They have no proof that the item was even sent. I would be okay if they replied my emails but they only replied one out of 10 emails. Only when I bring up the issue of refunds does Mark reply. Very poor service. At the very least, inform your customers and reply your emails. This kind of service is not acceptable. Will not buy again. Worst online service response to date.

Dear Muzzaffar Please see attached proof of our postage for your order on the 5th of December, if standard post to the USA takes around 4 weeks (see attached review from one of our US customers) then to you in Malaysia will be 4 weeks plus I’m really not going to argue re shipping companies, they are a law upon themselves, they take so much of our working day up, I also understand that we are the seller and you expect a certain level of customer service so I’ve attached proofs The reason why no trackable option is available for Malaysia is simple, the shipping companies cost is too high for our us and our customers especially for order weights like yours I can’t simply give out refunds for every International customer that are not happy with delivery times whilst goods are still in transit Kind Regards Mark Director Bearing King Ltd

Ordered two small bearings that I need urgently down in my Spanish residence. Paid extra for DHL delivery from Bearing King in the UK as Spanish quoted seven days delivery and no express delivery offered. Having used DHL for other purchases from UK I knew it would take maximum of three days, however, it's now been seven days since the placement of my order from Bearing King and my DHL tracking indicates my bearings have been stuck in Germany for the past three days and no signs of movement. Incidentally, a Christmas card sent first class post from UK last Thursday was delivered to my Spanish residence today!! Plus, I could have got the bearings from the Spanish supplier quicker and cheaper.

Hi Bruce Firstly I would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you Secondly I would like to ask you at what point should Bearing King take a bad review on DHL's behalf? I'm sorry but we sent your order out as you asked the following day, your order came in to us the previous day at 15:53 and all carriers had collected by this time, we have given you the DHL tracking number so you can track your order and sent out your order well within a respectable time frame If you feel the need to write a review please only review Bearing King's service NOT the carrier companies Kind Regards Mark King Director

I placed an order online, I was given a DHL tracking number that does not exist and until now I didn't receive my order . I phoned Bearing king , I was told "You just have to wait until you get your parcel " My question is when??

Good Afternoon Susan, Thanks for the 1 star rating!, however you placed your order on Saturday (22nd), we then posted it on Tuesday (25th) as we do not process orders over the weekend and it was delivered to you on the Wednesday 26th at 9am (the next following day). Firstly the bearing that came was in the wrong box which is fine as not BK fault. But the replacement sent was wrong again which was just poor.

No communication. Nothing to say the bearings I required were not in stock, just a quick email to say so would of been nice. No reply to email asking about my delivery.

Ordered on monday still not recived by friday emailed about it got a reply wanting ordef numbet so gave order number and still not had reply back Bearing arrived saturday Wont be using again as should not take nearly a week to arrive by 2nd class post

Item in question: 6805LLB by NTN, I bought this because the website said in stock. I was contacted 3 days later saying they had no stock and neither did their suppliers. They haven't bothered to change their website and still anyone can order. Absolute drivel.

Dear Sanjeev, many thanks for your review and we're very sorry for any inconvenience caused, sometimes we get caught short on simple bread and butter sizes, we simply ran out of stock, NTN didn't have any stock so we tried to source with other bearing suppliers who also came back with nothing hence the 3 day delay, however we did offer you like for like alternatives LLB Enduro or 2RS1 SKF which we do have in stock, your point will be taken on board to help us improve, Kind Regards Bearing King team

Purchased 3 Oil seals on the 14th. It is now the 21st, Post has been today and still no delivery from Bearing King. Terrible service. Ordered these the same day as an order of bearings from the Netherlands. They were delivered 3 days from ordering. I spoke to bearing king on the phone before placing the order, they had the 3 I ordered, in stock. 7 days later I have received nothing. From a UK supplier, terrible service. Would take my business elsewhere in future. Everything depended on the Oil seals to complete the work on a machine. Machine is sitting stripped waiting for these seals to be delivered..

Hi Alec, your order was despatched yesterday, our supplier delivered a 2209 by mistake on Wednesday hence why we are a day behind with your order, your order was placed at 22.42pm on Tuesday evening so wasn't processed till Wednesday during working hours 8.30am - 5.00pm, one star is a little disappointing considering that you only ordered on a free 2-3 working day shipping method Tuesday evening, very sorry for our delay, regards Mark King Director Bearing King Ltd

Maybe it's not Bearing King's fault but I bought a special fast delivery ... that not arrives in time! I tell you more: now it's over 10 days out of time, I didn't receive my object (already payed), and Bearing King didn't reply to my complaint. Sorry to do this so low rating...
