“On the web site it stated all the o rings i required were in stock, when in fact they wern't so was a little dissapointed as o rings seem to be harder to find in the sizes required at a timely deivery time scale. Can do better”

“I ordered a part for a machine and paid a little extra for Royal Mail 48 because I needed it for a particular time. The order was processed on Monday but didn’t ship until the Thursday. Was very disappointed by this.”
