“Of the three items I ordered, two were subject to delays with the manufacturer but Bathroom Village were very prompt in notifying me of the situation; I chose to wait and I received the order within the forecast period. I consider that I received a fully satisfactory service from Bathrrom Village.”

“The vanity unit was delivered with no handles. I was not able to contact Bathroom village online as my phone calls were'nt answered, and they did not respond to emails or phone messages. However by sheer luck my local Bathroom Village store were very helpful as they happened to have some handles from the same make of vanity unit which they let me have, otherwise....”

“Bought lavatories, showers, shower screens, basins and vanity units from them to renovate 4 bathrooms. I found the team in Exeter very helpful, prices competitive and the service was faultless. Delivery was faultless.”

“Extremely disappointed with the service. After ordering a toilet seat which unfortunately did not fit my toilet I tried to return it but was unable to due to the fact that I do not have a camera and if I did I am unable to put photos on the computer. I was told this was the only way to return items and therefore I am stuck with a toilet seat I cannot use and you have my money. I certainly wouldn't recommend your company for this reason.”

“Disaster from beginning to end. Ordered items only to discover there was a 14 days delivery time, they arrived at their couriers 4 weeks later and took another week to be delivered. Both items arrived after 5 weeks waiting and were damaged beyond use. Bathroom Village weren't answering calls or emails so took 10 days to reach someone to request a return. They never arranged collection and 7 days later when I chased collection I was told they were in receivership. That's the only good part because now my credit card is helping get my £1200 back.”

Hi Elaine, Currently Bathroom Village is being bought out by another company, Unity Bathrooms and while the legal side is going through, we are afraid that we are unable to process any refunds or collections. Unfortunately, this situation has come about due to a former Director who has misappropriated Company funds. However, as investigations are on-going, we are very limited on what we can say whilst proceedings are still active. Your credit card company will be able to assist with the chargeback request. “I am waiting for a refund but as you've gone into liquidation I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to get my money back- IF I get my money back. NOT HAPPY”

“Good service from Bathroom Village, however they / I have been let down by the very poor quality of a Roper Rhodes cloak room sink unit I purchased from them. I am now waiting for my 4th replacement door !!!”
