There was a delay and I have not been informed about it - not impressive given that you have an important document in you hands.

Hi Lucio, Many thanks for your review and for giving us the chance to answer your query. The delay you experienced was caused by Royal Mail. The item was not picked up from your local delivery office and was returned to us after a couple of weeks. We immediately sent it back out and included all of the literature from Royal Mail explaining the delay. Apologies for not emailing you to let you know this had happened as well. Very frustrating that the number provided for enquiries was unreachable. No reply to my e-mails when l needed information to move client forward. The promised time line was longer than anticipated with no apology. Will not use the service again!.

Hi Concilia, Many thanks for your comments. We never promise any timescales, we only advise them. The final decision is made by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and therefore, out of our hands. We did have an email from you asking for an update and this was not answered for longer than normal as the office was closed for one week due to holidays but an auto-response was sent explaining this.
