Commissioned Alpine Aluminium to replace my whole home with new Aluminium windows. I must say Jodie who worked in sales was very helpful from the first call, got my quote back to me quickly and booked me an appointment in their London showroom where i loved the products. Installation was great, a few small issues but they got sorted in good time. Would recommend to anyone.

Alpine completed the rip out and installation of my 4 panel bifold last month, pleasant sales staff and professional installation team who left my home tidy. 5 stars :)

Alpine Aluminium installed ripped out and replaced with new bifold doors with blinds in! Great service from start to finish. Had a slight problem with a gasket but came back within a week to fix.

Had some 7m sliding doors installed - love the product quality and the modern finish it gives to my extension. Would recommend to my friends!

Alpine aluminium, have just fitted our 8 metre sliding doors this week, we absolutely love them, the whole team very professional, and the doors were the best price and quality we found ,after visiting a number of suppliers , highly recommend

Avoid these people at all costs. Their customer service, guarantee and general etiquette is awful. Please use your money wisely and put it to good use by using another company. All we have had is issues, they’ve taken all our money but failed to deliver all the goods. They don’t reply to emails and are shoddy on phone calls. No one other than reception ladies answer who can’t tell you anything about the order. I have written in excess of 20 emails but get nowhere. Managers are arrogant and not worth the time of day. AVOID

A couple of minor issues but all were dealt with quickly by Josh and the rest of the team. Fitters were friendly and installation was very quick. Would highly recommend

Was looking for a reliable aluminium supplier as we are renovating our family home. As this was a big job for us to undertake we were looking for a company we could rely on to provide the best products and service and Alpine definitely met that criteria. From the very first quote the sales team were friendly and helpful, providing advice on how each product can benefit our home. We still have a few things to finish off but the installations provided by Alpine are stunning and will definitely be a focal point of our new look home!

For our new kitchen extension we used large sliding doors and a roof lantern to make our home more open and we are more than pleased with the outcome.

I’m so disappointed with your Customer Service that I can’t find words to describe it. Over a year ago we paid over £7.5k for our bi-folds and the broken lock still hasn’t been fixed. You wanted to charge us additional £600+VAT for steel covers which we refused to pay the full price for as they arrived scratched! As a response you just refused to give us a warranty for the door which were a separate order and you have no right to do! Since then you are not replying to any of my emails and phone calls. Honestly, I’m surprised that you are still in business. Decision to go with you for our door was the biggest mistake we could ever do. DO NOT USE!!!

Mrs Williams, It is regrettable that you have opted to leave this review some 6 months plus since you became aware that your contract had been rescinded & subsequent warranties relating to the contract become void. As you are more than aware, you opted to not pay the final balance on your account, despite Alpine fulfilling our contractual obligations in providing you with a quality set of bi folding doors in your home. The steel covers to which you refer are aluminium fascias which you requested we provide after the installation, we did so without any upfront payment in the interest of maintaining our ongoing relationship with you as an Alpine customer. These fascias were, as you know, bubble wrapped, packaged and subsequently signed for when they arrived at your property. Despite this, we still received no payment once again for items we had supplied you in good faith and furthermore obtained written refusal from yourself. We also note the absence of a return of these items & therefore can reasonably work on the basis that these have been fitted to your property. Owing to your refusal to pay monies owed to Alpine, under clauses 7.6.1, 7.8 & 7.9 of the agreement, we issued you a formal notice of intended rescindment of contract within 14 days. This balance was, as you know, never satisfied and therefore we have not been able to activate your warranty with Alpine Aluminium. We once again regret that you have opted to use public form to misrepresent the truth in such libellous fashion. Regards Alpine Management

I went into the showroom on the 3-8-18 paid the initial deposit to Jodie for an entrance door, a survey was arranged for 9-8-18 but nobody turned up, so I had somebody housesitting all day in expectation for the arrival of someone to survey my entrance.so I contacted Jodie and she rearranged the survey to 16-08-18 which I was ok thinking oversights happen. So I arranged for somebody to be in on 16/08/18 but the surveyor attended on the 15/08/18 unannounced, luckily my father was in to be there. So I thought it’s ok someone’s come sooner than expected- no problem. The surveyor said the installation would be around 3 weeks which is usual turnover time. So I thought maybe I’ll receive an email/call confirming a scheduled installation date. It is now 02-10-18 some 6 weeks later, I am yet to hear when the installation date is. I contacted Andy via email on 13-09-18 by email to find out when the possible date of installation would be; no response. Contacted Jodie on 17-09-18 who informed me it was Andy’s department and she’ll find out what’s happened and get back to me; haven’t heard anything. So I’m concerned now and I call the office and ask to speak to Andy on Friday 29-09-18@2:31pm, speak to a lady who says she can help find out the date of installation and would get back to me within the hour, confirms she has my phone number but I hear nothing. So I call back @ 4:31pm annoyed but remaining calm and asking to speak to Andy, the lady says ‘ Andy is with a customer and will ring you straight after he’s finished with the customer.’ However, I am still waiting for this call. Is this an excepted level of service? Furthermore, I have only come to this platform because I feel helpless and am getting nowhere with the people I’ve made contact with. I am concerned that if this is the level of service during installation then I’ve not got much hope if anything goes wrong after installation. I think it would be best if I received refund and called it quits as my experience thus far doesn’t inspire me with any confidence whatsoever and I can only think either to turn up at the showroom and demand a refund or contact trading standards because I feel the standards of service for whatever reason are well below expectations. It is now 27-11-18. Nothing has been resolved. My complaint has still not been dealt with in accordance to the Alpine Aluminium complaints document. Furthermore, neither has the product gone to production nor have I received a refund. I shall now have to legal advice to attempt to get my money back. EXTRMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND ILLUSIVE MANAGERS WHO USE FRONT TELEPHONE STAFF TO AVOID DEALING WITH MATTERS
