“Jason has been my advisor for over 17 years and in that time I have found him to be an excellent listener, always providing sound advice on the basis of our discussions. No question is too simple, as he patiently explains the pros and cons of a variety of financial products. He and his colleagues are always at the end of an email when required. Great job and long may it continue!”

“I've been with wren Sterling for the past 3 years, recommend by leek United building society, they have taken my money which is down in value but I have not had any yearly review or contract in that time, but they keep taking there fees,”

“Bad investment that never got of the ground wouldn’t let me change to one of my other investments without incurring admin costs. Poor customer service. My financial adviser keeps changing I am never informed of this. My last adviser details whom dealt with this year cannot contact. The landline number is no longer in use and doesn’t give me a message with an alternative number to ring.”

“I had my annual review with Andrew Mence, 27th April - Andrew approached this in a very structured way that not only helped me understand options but also explore the benefits of the different ways forward. Andrew is very personable and every session begins with a social element that builds on our engagement/relationship - he also sets a very clear collaborative agenda with some good measurable objectives for the time together. Andrew always checks in to monitor understanding and at the end of the meeting always gives a good summary with detailed next steps!!”

“My wife and I had our yearly review with Andrew Mench on 11/05/2023. The review covered a lot of ground and Andrew asked quite a lot of searching questions. Andrew explained in great detail what had gone well and also some things had not gone quite as well. He also suggested a few things that may be to our advantage in the future. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and humorous and the whole experience was very good. Ann and Chris”
