“Great experience from start to finish. Free design service which was great and everyone that I dealt with from design to delivery including templating and installation of my granite worktop were fantastic. Customer Service always responded quickly too.”

“Pleasant experience After numerous visits to the store to try and sort our kitchen it has been installed, very happy and pleased with the whole process, maybe at first the stores are very pushy but I have found the whole experience very pleasant. Our contact in store was very knowledgeable and she was very open to different ideas. We have had to order some replacement parts, I did this on the app, so quick and easy. Items arrived within a week. I would highly recommend.”

“We used the Wrens showroom in Lincoln and was very impressed from the start. We were greeted by a member of staff prior to meeting our designer. The designer was totally professional and we never felt any pressure from them to add more items. As soon as we placed the order then the process was very easy. We used the app all of the way through the process and was given the opportunity to make additional changes that we needed to do. For us communications is invaluable and Wrens kept us up to date using calls, emails and messages. The kitchen is now installed and we absolutely love it. Wrens exceeded our expectations and now our kitchen looks like a showroom kitchen. Thank you to everyone within Wrens who assisted to ensure we had the best experience.”

“Excellent from start to finish. Great communication and were there to help every step of the way. Our designer Vince was particularly good and our installers were exceptional. I recommend Wren Southend.”

“From first entering the show room to fitting we couldn't fault Wren. The quality of the kitchen is amazing. The showroom staff were all very friendly and approachable practically Shannon who helped us design our set up.”

“A wonderful company to deal with, with professional well trained staff, so helpful. The Kitchen was delivered very quickly and again the delivery team were friendly, polite and very professional. I'm now thinking about a fitted bedroom, and my first stop will be Wren”

“We love our new kitchen. The design process was great. The designer came to our house and helped make the perfect space for us. We installed the kitchen ourselves and are happy with the quality. We had to order some replacements but they were with us within the week for free! Definitely would recommend.”

“We bought a full new kitchen from Wrens. It was designed by Ellie Barlow at the Aintree store. We couldn't be happier with the new kitchen and the customer service was perfect. It is outstanding quality and looks amazing. Also, it was within our budget which made us happier 😁”

“Very impressed from start to finish, salesman very helpful, polite, listened to what I wanted. Kept informed throughout- like the app very much for information and communication. Pre install visit, Delivered the kitchen when they said, fitted the kitchen on the date set. Excellent fitter, friendly and professional. After care been great, phones calls to check on progress. I was dreading getting the kitchen redone time and mess and upheaval) but it was ok, as organised and competent. Love the new kitchen, quality units and the quartz is gorgeous i definately recommend”

“Happy with the service from wren from start to finish. Designers were not pushy and allowed us to build our dream kitchen. Good email communications. After sales was good, replacements as needed via the app. Happy with our kitchen quality also.”

“Great service from start to finish. Really helpful designer who didn’t mind that we changed our minds numerous times. Delivery staff were friendly and polite. Everything was marked up according to the plan which made fitting it really simple. The app is easy to use and really useful. Kept informed every step of the way. Love our new kitchen”

“Wren kitchens is definitely the best place to go if you are looking to renovate your kitchen, I cannot recommend them enough. Our whole project from start to finish was a great experience. Everyone involved from reception, to designer to the delivery employees were so professional and a pleasure to interact with. They took the stress out from the whole process.”
