“Really good experience with WOWBBQ. Good price for a Spirit II which arrived promptly and well packed on a pallet. Not unpacked yet but looks fine. Will contact WOW with any issues but don't expect any.”

“Heard of wowbbq through Insta, took the plunge and ordered genesis E-425s on Saturday 2nd March, delivery made on Tuesday 5th March, great communication throughout, including text of delivery window (2 hour) on the day from the courier. Could not fault the service so much so we went to visit the showroom on Thursday 14th March despite being a 3 hour round trip for us. Very glad we did as staff at sunshine garden centre were so helpful with great advice given to our questions, we made some further accessory purchases whilst there. Slightly gutted that there is now an offer of a free roaster and thermomemeter we just missed out on which if we had waited another week or so we would have qualified for but hey ho just our luck! Would absolutely order from them again with no hesitation.”

“All I can say is WOW...(pun intended)😉 The best customer service I have experiences in a long long time. Even better, they supply a phone number so that you can talk to a live human and not just have to go opnline. Ian is amazing and patiently answered all my questions. The result - I now own a Spirit 2 GBS 315 Weber and I LOVE it. I just ordered the Rotissery for it as well Thanks Ian and WOW BBQ - I will always order all my goodies from you and recommend you.
