“Very good rug. Quick delivery.”

“AVOID IF YOU WANT A RUG THAT LASTS LONGER THEN A MONTH. Do not buy a rug from this company. Their rugs are poor nasty quality and their customer service is appalling. We ordered a rug that arrived looking a completely different colour to the web images. Contacted them and you have to make your own arrangements to send it back. Decided to keep it and put it in another room. Few weeks later and the rug looks like it years old - worn and shabby. Contacted them and they told me there was nothing they could do as I must have vacuumed it using a beater bar. We haven't even vacuumed it at all! They outright refuse to help any further.”

“Absolutely love my coral Hug rug. It’s in an area of high traffic so gets pretty grubby, but a quick wash at 30 degrees and it comes out clean and dry — yet feels and looks like wool. Quick delivery, beautiful rug — very happy customer.”
