“Great customer services. I chose to buy from World of Felco for genuine Swiss made and was impressed by great customer services over the phone as I needed advice to get the right product. After watching the video showing how to use the diamond sharpener, I decided to buy No 6 with a diamond sharpener and have not been disappointed. I purchased a 910 plus leather pouch afterwards to keep them safe and handy. Fast free delivery was a bonus. Highly recommended.”

“A well-balanced, comfortable pair of secateurs and a pleasure to use.Long-established company with full replaceable parts availability. Secateurs were supplied with a sharpening device (not a stone but had small blades) Instructions for the correct use of this sharpener should have been provided.”
